WHO Visión y Compromiso and our Network of Promotores and Community Health Workers are committed to creating and sustaining a statewide, consumer-driven approach to promoting community well-being by supporting and integrating the work of Promotores and Community Health Workers (CHWs). Exhibitors are one of the ways that you can be part of this movement. WHAT The 14th Annual Conference promises to engage Promotoras and CHWs in opportunities to continue to develop their leadership skills, engage in policy and advocacy activities, network, share best practices and strengthen their capacity as critical resources to continue serving tens of thousands of individuals and families in the United States and Latin America. WHERE/WHEN The conference will be held at the Ontario Convention Center on October 27-29, 2016. Last year’s conference was attended by nearly 1,000 Promotores, CHWs , Community and Civic Leaders from diverse disciplines and rural and urban regions throughout national and international organizations. PURPOSE Strengthen the capacity of Promotores, CHWs and Community Leaders to serve as critical resources in the communities they serve by exposing them to tools and information they can use for their work. Please note that Friday dinner/dance is an extra cost and not included in exhibit table fee. Your registration must be received by October 17th, 2016.
