DUCS Safety Policy Our employees are trained to know and execute DUCS extensive safety policy and approved procedures.

We firmly believe in our employees right to “stop work” for safety. If work must be stopped, our employees

will strive to mitigate the safety hazard in the most efficient means possible. Additionally we encourage

our employees to be proactive with safety on the job site by having daily safety meeting where the days

objectives are discussed to determine the safest and most expedite manner to complete said objective.

Key PersonnelSherry McPherson, owner and President of DUCS, is a retired Iraq war combat veteran. She has a Bachelor

Degree in Science majoring in Technology Management and has completed a year of graduate school working

on a Master’s in Public Administration. She is also a FEMA recognized Certified Emergency Manager.

Preston Duprie, Vice President of DUCS, is a graduate of Divers Institute of Technology (DIT). He has been

working in the commercial diving industry for well over a decade. He has extensive experience working in the

offshore and inland arena. He has traveled all over the world working on jobs for many organizations such as;

US Navy, British Petroleum (BP) BHP Billiton, ENI, Hilcorp, Alcoa and many more industry leading companies.

Ben Blackman is the Operations Manager for DUCS. He graduated from Louisiana Technical College in Morgan

City, LA. He has more than a decade of experience in the commercial diving industry offshore, international,

and inland. He has worked as a contractor on jobs for the US Navy, LOOP, ENI, Black Elk, Marathon, MCOP and

many other industry leading companies.
