Our Speakers:

Guy A. Seeley, PT – Clinical Manager, Work Site Service Evaluator

Guy Seeley started his career in 1985 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Leaving in 1989 as the Physical Therapy Coordinator for Chronic Pain Treatment, he relocated to Maryland and has since focused on the treatment of injured workers.

For the last 20+ years, Guy has specialized in Work Site Services in a variety of construction and industrial settings where he’s provided Physical Therapy Treatment, Transitional Work Assistance, and Job Coaching. His expertise in prevention services, such as Ergonomic Job Analysis, Safety Training, and Post-Offer Employment Testing, have served him well as a Clinical Manager for REHAB At WORK. Guy also concentrates on Injured Worker’s PT Treatment, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Work Hardening.

Matt B. Drzik, M.S. – Clinical Manager, Work Site Service Evaluator

Matt Drzik started his work in industrial rehabilitation after receiving his Master of Science in Exercise Physiology in 1995 and has been an active member of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation community.

Since joining REHAB AT WORK in 2005, Matt has utilized his advanced certification as a Work Performance Evaluator by providing expertise to the Work Site Services team. He has served on the Board of IARP-Chesapeake, the Joint Task Force Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors for the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Education Association [MWCEA]. As an Expert Witness, Matt has testified on functional capacities and job performance potentials in Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission hearings and Federal Worker’s Compensation Court. He has been a guest lecturer for organizations including the IARP Annual Conference and the MWCEA Annual Conference.

A tour of the REHAB AT WORK facility will be provided; showing the wide variety of work simulation activities available.
