Within a short walk of your front door at 25 Richmond Street East,
there is everything a thriving, modern city can offer you.
Mere blocks away, enjoy the excitement of professional sports,
major concerts and more, at two of the city’s most important venues
– Air Canada Centre and Rogers Centre.
Whichever way you look, a cornucopia of retail awaits you
underground in the PATH, or on bustling Yonge Street, or at Toronto
Eaton Centre. Savour the foods of the world at the St. Lawrence
Market. Celebrate the opening of Luminato at Dundas Square, or
catch the newest cinematic gem at the TIFF Bell Lightbox. And if
you just have to leave all of this behind, you are minutes away from
the subway and Union Station, and in close proximity to Billy Bishop
Toronto City Airport, as well as the city’s network of major arteries.
THE CITY BECKONS.

Since the 1890s, number 26 Lombard Street has been a treasure
to be discovered in the commercial hub of the city.
This four storey heritage building which forms part of the Yonge
+ Rich site is an exquisite example of Richardsonian Romanesque
Revival architecture, popular in France and North America in the late
19th century. The façade features massive circular arches in alternating
red and buff sandstone, impressive rusticated stone lintels and a
range of decorative brickwork. To preserve an important element of
the city’s past, this historic building will be restored and made part of
the shimmering Yonge + Rich development.

Rich architectural details reflect and reinterpret the themes of the heritage
façade below. The ascending tower epitomizes the best of contemporary
design and the artful vision of acclaimed architect Peter Clewes, of
architectsAlliance.
The metal cladding of the broad podium sets off the heritage brick and stone
façade of the 19th century commercial building on the block. The tower,
sheathed in clear and patterned glass, contrasts distinctively with the podium
– and, interestingly, with one another. The regular pattern of translucent
glass in the northwest tower dissolves into a pixilated composition of vertical
and horizontal panels across the southeast tower. This visual play is original
among Toronto’s multi-tower high-rise residential developments – and helps
set Yonge + Rich apart from the many unimaginative condo projects that
crowd the city’s downtown core.
This innovative and engaging architectural narrative extends into the
breathtaking double-height lobby that echoes the awe-inspiring exterior,
while the glazed full-height tower-to-tower link fosters the feeling of “vertical
community” within the building.

The essence of the spirited exterior architectural design and the spacious
elegance of the interior common spaces, is abundantly evident in every
aspect of each Yonge + Rich suite. What might be considered upgrades in
many buildings are provided as standard features and finishes, including,
engineered hardwood flooring, customized Burdifilek kitchens with stainless
steel appliances and stone countertops, and bathrooms with elegant under-
mounted porcelain sinks.
The elements of air and light play a key role in every suite design. Floor-to-
ceiling windows flood each space with natural light, revealing unprecedented
vistas of the city and the lake. Expansive balconies – ranging in size up to 500
square feet – act not as mere add-ons, but as extensions of the interior space.
The seamless transition that blurs the line between indoors and outdoors
creates new horizons for entertaining or relaxation.
As much as each suite can be your portal to the life in the city, it can be your
heavenly retreat from it, as well.

Yonge + Rich is not just a collection of condominium units. Rather, it is a
community – and a cornerstone of this community is Movement Haus, the
programmed full-service fitness centre that occupies the south half of the
5th floor of the property, encompassing nearly 5,000 square feet.
Much more than the standard-fare condo gym or workout room,
Movement Haus is your entry into the maintenance of your health and
wellness and an integral component of the benefits of your ownership.
Movement Haus incorporates a full slate of amenities and services,
including personal training, holistic nutrition coaching, yoga, pilates
and massage therapy, as well as acupuncture, chiropractic services
and physiotherapy.
A welcome respite where you can relax and recharge, Movement Haus
will enrich and enhance your life in the city.

It’s all just a click away.
View public areas around the property. Check how crowded the gym is, before venturing to the elevator.
Is there an available sun lounge on the sundeck?

Strong leadership and great integrity are a hallmark of
Great Gulf.
There are three core values that inform every facet
of our corporate culture: visually striking design that
stimulates the public’s imagination and senses; the

to these values guarantees your lasting satisfaction
with home ownership.
The company assembles a team with ambitious design
philosophies for every project it undertakes. Their
challenge is to create an iconic development that
contributes to the residential landscape of the city.
Throughout the past four decades, Great Gulf has
focused on building distinctive condominiums across
North America including, One Bloor, the condominium

influencing the architectural dialogue for some of
North America’s most vibrant cities.
Our involvement in each home design extends well
beyond the basic concerns of space, layout and
construction and includes meticulous attention to the
vital details of air temperature, light and noise. The
materials used in each and every Great Gulf home are of
exceptional quality and are based on specifications that
meet or exceed those of custom home builders.
On two occasions, Great Gulf has received the prestigious

Industry and Land Development Association. With the
highest standard for design, finishes and amenities and
a progressive aesthetic, Great Gulf rigorously pursues
balance and harmony for every project.
In independent surveys of homebuyers, we consistently
receive outstanding ratings for our customer service and

one-third of our residential homebuyers have purchased
from us more than once, and over ninety percent of our
