His life The son of a coppersmith, Antoni Gaudí Gaudi was born on June 25, 1852 He was taken to architect at a young age He attended school in Barcelona the city that would become home to most of his

great works. Gaudi wad part of the Catalan Modernist

movement, eventually transcending it with his nature-based organic style

Gaudi died on June 10, 1926.

How he became a famous architect Goudi began studying architecture in the

University of Barcelona He also attended philosophy and aesthetics

lectures. He became influenced by Pau Mila I Frontals In

Rome Gaudi was also involved with the Spanish

Modernisme movement, He took an active part in the Renaixenca of

Catalan language and poetry.

what he looked like, people thought he was a tramp and refused to bring him to the hospital.
