Lateral Flow: Comparison of BR228-D4A3 with commercially available antibodies
Our CRP antibodies have a dynamic range of antigen detection of 151 - 231000 ng/ml determined by ELISA. Our CRP antibodies can be used in a competitive ELISA, without need for pairing. Alternatively they can be paired with other antibodies.
BR228-D4A3 antibody, is able to detect down to < 1ng/ml in Lateral Flow allowing you to produce high sensitivity assays. We have determined the affinity constant for this antibody to be 0.138 nM.
