Executive Department Head, Manpower and Human Resources Management, United States Navy (September 2011 – August 2015) Oversaw daily department operations for a staff of 22 employees in

five work centers (legal services, payroll, front office operations, educational services, and career counseling) for two organizations, successfully increasing productivity and efficiency.
