The terms were there before he bought the plugin. Trials can be given before physically buying the plugin. Help has been

supplied when needed, but when you don't get the required information to fix a problem, then it is quite hard to fix it.

Especially when the plugin works for me on the same version and a default config. If I have to refund I will, but then he

will have no rights to use the plugin no longer.

I never requested an update for some sort of feature I needed/wanted. Was simply asking if the plugin had been updated

since it had been 6 weeks since I was delivered the .jar.

Every time I've contacted him he's replied to me within 4-5 hours. Exceptfor the one time I requested help. Then, when

I did finally hear back, I was greeted with hostility and zero support. If I'm issued only a half refund I would request that

this report stay in the forums for future buyers to be able to reference what it's like to deal with the author. That was thewhole reason I replied to the thread in the first place. To warn buyers.

skype as much as I use MCM. I use MCM and don't go on my skype too often unless I need to get in contact with

someone. MCM is your best option to get in touch with me. I will supply support when needed, but I suggest contacting

considering they did accept the terms by purchasing it... It wouldn't be fair if he got to bypass these terms and I think a

This is my issue for you both:

If badger refunds even a small portion of the plugin purchased, and still provides support etc, you technically just got it

for cheaper.

If you stop using it, and he refunds you, then you have been refunded for your troubles.

Badger has stated he will provide support, providing you use the correct means to contact him. Would you be happy to

keep the plugin you already purchased and accept his support in the future AnvilNode?

I've already purchased a different plugin with similar functionality that I know is working and is active on my server right

now. I have no use for his plugin any more. I've already deleted it. I won't be requesting any sort of support in the future

and as soon as this ordeal is over, I won't be contacting the author again in general.
