Yes, the College has management information system and set of mechanism for

obtaining different feedback on its institutional performance as well as obtaining

parent’s feedback. The principal and vice-principal has all the information regarding

college. All correspondence are processed by Management information system

(MIS). All incoming and outgoing correspondence are duly recorded in concerned

files and student’s file are duly arranged session wise in the college.

The University conduct curriculum development programmes.

Faculty development programmes, guest lectures, seminars are

organised to enhance teaching and learning process.

Unit tests, presentations, assignments, pre-university exams are

being organised in the college. Revision, tutorial classes and

remedial classes are being organised for slow learners in the

college.

Seminars and workshop are organised for faculties and always

motivate them to attend different seminar and workshop.

College is planning to organise national seminar in current

session.

The college has e-library and digital books in the library and also

has digital classrooms, intelligent projector for enhancement of

students.

Training and recruitment programmes are organised by institute

and making appraisal report to monitor and evaluate staff

performance. Exit interview policies are following by the institute

(feedback).

Faculty and staff recruitment process is following as per

university norms and as per management policies. Time to time

requirement of staff and faculties are fulfilled by the institution.

Faculty Development Program Seminar, Workshop, Awareness Program, Health Camp, PPT,

Group Discussion academic workshops.

1. The College provides scholarship for financially weak students so that students continue

their studies as well as scholarship is also given to meritorious students so that their moral

can be boost up and they perform effectively in their chosen subjects. Scholarship scheme

framed and conditioned by management.

2. This year Life Skills sessions are organized to harness the inner potential of the students.

The Trainings are based on Physical, Social, Mental, Spiritual all the aspects of the

personality. Guest lectures are also organised frequently in every department.

3. MAIC VISTA is organised by the students of Management, B.VOC, Computer Science and

Computer Application, students of above department organised various competitions for the

schools of Raipur. The Vision of this program is to provide an opportunity to the students

to instil management skills of the students. In this program planning and execution were

done by students.

4. Faculty Development program is organised for grooming the personality of the faculty as

well as behavioural transformation of the Teachers.

5. Health Camp was organised to aware the students about their health related issues as well

as health check up was also done.

Annual calendar is prepared in the beginning of the session.

1. MAIC VISTA is organised by the students. The Vision of this program is to

provide an opportunity to the students to instil management skills of the students.

Plantation –Plantation of trees and development of garden in college campus is a regular

activity which is being done by our college and Ranger Team.

Institution has install energy panels to generate electricity proper care is taken to

monitor the consumption of electricity with posters & pasted on the walls. Awareness

among the students and facilities are done to switch off the lights, fans and A.C. when

not required.

Energy conservation, Solar Energy/Solar System, water Harvesting are also installed in

the college
