Annual Meeting, Consultation & Celebration 2010/11

The importance of sports in the life of a young person is invaluable and goes much further than the basic idea of keeping them off the streets or staying fit.

•Urban United FC is playing a pivotal role in the regeneration of neighbourhoods in Sandwell and improving the quality of life. It is enabling young people to;

• Build on their existing strengths, skills and abilities; • Break unrealistic barriers; • Realise unexplored potentials and improve prosperity;• Take responsibility, build self-confidence and character,• Learn to endure sacrifice, and accountability; • And most importantly, sports is a tool to create a cohesive and

disciplined society.
