Wayne Chen, LLBWayne Chen is Past President of the JamaicaEmployers’ Federation (JEF) and the Presidentof the Caribbean Employers’ Confederation(CEC). He is also Chairman and CEO ofSuper Plus Food Stores. Mr. Chen has served on the boards of severalJamaican companies including the NationalCommercial Bank, Victoria Mutual BuildingSociety, CVM Television Group, Urban Development Corporation, National LandAgency, National Gallery of Jamaica and theAdvisory Board of the Caribbean Policy Research Institute. Steven John BurchSteven Burch is the Senior Partner at Quaestus,a UK consulting firm specializing in creativeand effective training and development initia-tives. He is also the Managing Director of amanufacturing company in the Marine LeisureIndustry in the UK. Mr. Burch is a lively andengaging trainer, great coach, skillful facilitatorand effective communicator with people atany level in the organisation.

Dionnie HeadleyDionnie Headley is the Managing Director of Sygnus Tax Advisory Limited, Founder of TaxTech Institute and an International TaxSpecialist. She has held various tax manage-ment positions in public accounting both inJamaica and the United States. She is a taxprofessional with almost 20 years experiencein taxation. She has worked with Pricewater-houseCoopers both in the USA and Jamaicaand has advised very large internationalclients such as DuPont Corporation, JP Morgan Chase and many others.

Ceci le McCormackCecile McCormack is an experienced researcherhaving conducted extensive research and statis-tical analyses in the fields of housing, consumerand human resource management. She is apart-time lecturer at the National Police College of Jamaica, and has lectured in Market-ing Research and tutored research at the UWIWestern Campus and UTECH respectively. Her voluntary work has extended to the trainingof 24 police officers in the use of SPSS statis-tical software for crime analysis. She is currentlypursuing her Doctor of Business Administrationat the Walden University, and is now completingher doctoral study, focusing on “Fighting Occupa-tional Fraud through Ethical Corporate Cultureand Internal Controls.6

K. Barrington Thomas Tobago born and raised, K. Barrington Thomasstarted his working life as a Teacher in the PrimarySchool system. He enlisted as a Military Officer,spent nine (9) years with the Trinidad and TobagoDefence Force (Regiment); retiring at the rank ofCaptain in 1989. Mr. Thomas co-developed theSpecial Forces Unit of the Trinidad and TobagoRegiment during his tenure, and commanded itfor the first six (6)years of its existence. In 2003,he launched his own business – IncubatorCaribbean Focus Limited.

Jean Lowrie -ChinJean Lowrie-Chin is a communication specialist,author, columnist, real estate developer, seniorsadvocate and philanthropist. She foundedPROComm in 1978, CCRP in 2010 and PRODEVin 2013. CCRP is a non-profit organization runby PROComm as a tribute to senior mentors,aimed at empowering Jamaican seniors. To datePROComm and Jean’s combined sponsorshipof CCRP is over $15 million.

She is the author of Souldance and creator ofFlair Magazine for the Gleaner. She estab-lished the PROComm Scholarship Fund for students in Grants Pen, led and contributed tothe fund-raising to secure the Stella MarisFoundation headquarters, and has sponsoredFood for the Poor home building in Jamaicaand Haiti.

Mrs Lowrie-Chin is Executive Chairman ofPROComm, PRODEV and CCRP. She isChairman of the Digicel Foundation, and serveson the Boards of Food for the Poor Jamaica,CIBC-FCIBJ, Convent of Mercy ‘Alpha’ Academyand the Kingston & St. Andrew DevelopmentFoundation.

Locksley Henry, PhD

Locksley G. M. Henry, PhD, is a lecturer andmodule coordinator in the General Manage-ment Division of the College of Business andManage ment (COBAM), University of Technology (UTech), Kingston, Jamaica.

He facilitates both undergraduate and graduateprogrammes in Strategic Management, Inter-national Management, Management Theory &Practice, and Organization Theory & Design.Dr. Henry’s current research interests includeculture, international management, interna-tional business, corporate strategy, corporatesocial responsibility, board composition andcorporate governance in Caribbean territories.He is a member of the Academy of Interna-tional Business (AIB), Chairman of the SOBA research committee, and member of theCOBAM research committee at UTech. Dr. Henry was also a BREXIT panelist in ahigh-profile discussion on the subject at UTech in 2016.

P e t e r B u r c h e n s o nMr. Peter Burchenson is the founder andPrincipal of Appreciative Solutions, LLC, anorganizational development and training com-pany that specializes in helping organizationsovercome structural efficiency and profes-sional development issues.

Gary Campbell

Gary Campbell is the Director of Technologyin the Ministry of Science, Technology, Energyand Mining (MSET) and Government of Jamaica’s Office of the CIO, the entities withresponsibility for national ICT Policy andStrategy.

Mr. Campbell has conducted extensive research and work in the fields of ICT andProject Management in both the public andprivate sector. He has worked with compa-nies such as Cable & Wireless (now FLOW),LOJ (now Sagicor) and the Planning Institute ofJamaica where he was instrumental in developing and implementing a number ofICT projects.
