Annual Activities 2014-15

REPORT OF “TARANG” THE ANNUAL DAY OF CCSIT

Date: - 23th January 2014.

Time: 3.30 P.M. onwards

Venue: B.S.Butala Hall, Mahad

Introduction: The annual day program “Tarang 2013-14” was organized

on 29th January 2013. It was attended by 100 Students and all staff

members. The chief guest for the program was Hon. ShobhaTai Sawant

(Chairman of Annasaheb Sawant Mahad Cooperative Urban Bank),

while the guest of honor was Hon. Dr. Patil (Principal Of VCACS

college).

Objective: The objectives of this program are

To make students and parents aware of the activities of the college.

To appreciate achievements of the students of the earlier year by

awarding them prizes in academic, sports and cultural activities.

To provide platform to the students for exhibiting their talent in

cultural activities.

Proceedings: The Program commenced with traditionally lighting of the

lamp and Saraswati vandana.

The Mrs. Anushka Salunkhe conducted the proceedings. Hon. Mrs.

Sonali Dharia, (Director, Institutes of the Hirwal Education Trust;)

Ms. Vasanthi Rajjapan (Principal of Gurukul Academy) ,Mr.

Santosh Butala(Trustee Member) also graced the occasion.

1. The guests were traditionally felicitated with shawl and Tulsi

sapling.

2. The welcome address was given by Director, HET’s Institutions,

Hon. Mrs. Sonali Dharia, chief guest, Hon. ShobhaTai Sawant,

(Chairman of Annasaheb Sawant Mahad Cooperative Urban Bank)

expressed their feelings on the occasion.and the guest of honor was

Hon. Dr. Patil (Principal Of VCACS college) also gave his

guidance to the students.

3. The annual report of the institution was presented by Assistant

Prof. Sudesh Kadam. A colorful & memorable cultural fest was

organized by our college students. It was a truly mesmerizing show

as students presented many programmes. There was singing,

dancing, and poetry recitation, and mimicry, classical and modern

combination of several foot taping numbers. The chief guest

praised the entire event a lot. She guided with his inspirational

words & inspired to do better.it was followed by the announcement

of prizes for various competition conducted in our days.

We celebrate the days before annual as Jeans Day, Black & white day,

Saree day, Tie day, Perfect matching, Traditional day, Mismatch day,

Chocklate day, Fishpond day, Rose day. We also take different

competition as Rangoli, Mehandi, Drawing, Food ,Fruit, Flower

decoration. We also took indoor games as Chess, Carom. and Outdoor

games as Cricket, Badminton, Running. The Prize distribution ceremony

followed. The winners in all Competitions and Academic Rank holders of

the previous year were awarded prizes. It was followed by vote of thanks.
