Our cardboard Associate Pastor has another article of clothing!

To date, we have received pledges totaling $30,580 from 65 families from our SUMMER BLAST campaign to raise

$40,000 by September 30th to support a new associate pastor! We have $9,420 to go to reach our goal. That is less than $100 per family who has not yet pledged or contributed. If you have not done so please prayerfully consider contributing to the Summer Blast Campaign in the coming two weeks by filling out a blue pledge card in the back of the pews, designating a gift and placing it in the offering plate or going to our lol-lutheran.com website and clicking on the Give Now button and contributing via credit card.

For all of you that have pledged, we thank you for your prayerful contributions to this wonderful cause!

Also, please remember to turn in those Time & Tal-ent Forms as we still have a lot of families that we have not received any feedback from. These can be dropped off in the church office.

Donate to LOLCP’s Pauline Dann Science Enrichment Center

After a long and courageous battle with can-cer, Miss Pauline passed away at the end of August. While we will miss her in our classroom every day, we are glad that she is now in a better place and is no longer suffering. In order to remember Miss Pauline and everything she meant to the preschool, the Preschool Board is creating the "Pauline Dann Science Enrichment Center" which will be used by all classes at Lord of Life Christian Pre-school. Science was Miss Pauline's favorite subject and creating an in-teractive center filled with preschool science experiments will help en-sure that each child at the preschool is exposed to the wonders of sci-ence.

The Preschool Board has selected more than 16 experiments and supplies that will be used year after year to conduct experiments at the new Science Enrichment Center. If you are interested in making a donation to purchase the Science Enrichment Center, please make out a check payable to LOLCP (please write "Miss Pauline" in the memo section) and place it in the preschool drop box or the church office.
