ELSEVIER ItMRI Announcement We are pleased to announce the formation of a new INTERNET news group BIONET.AUDIOLOGY which has been specifically designed to meet the needs and interests of professionals and students within the fields of audiology and hearing science. This new forum offers the opportunity for information exchange and the discussion of topics in the areas of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, hearing science, and any other areas of interest to group members. In addition to the discussion of the above topics, members of BIONET.AUDIOLOGY are also encouraged to post announcements of upcoming meetings, seminars, and other professional development opportunities. Brief postings of open clinical, research and/or teaching positions within the field are also permitted. Participation in BIONET.AUDIOLOGY is free of charge and may be accomplished in one of two ways. (1) For users of INTERNET, access to news groups via a news group reader, simply add BIONET.AUDIOLOGY to the lists of newsgroups that you presently read. (2) For those people with an E-mail account, but without direct newsgroup access, information on an E-mail "subscription", as well as general information about BIONET.AUDIOLOGY, can be obtained by writing to either of the group's two discussion leaders: Jeff Sirianni ([email protected]) Susan Moreland ([email protected]).
