using Skype. Students will be given instructions to plan questions and answers for this session. In session 3 we will create a presentation entitled “Around the class in 20 bookshelves” including images of each student’s favourite books, which will give a clear idea of students’ reading habits. We will then publish and share the presentations on Slideshare. In sessions 4 and 5 we will concentrate on Anne of the Green Gables. In groups, students will read some documents about Roald Dahl’s life and works and elaborate a multimedia poster with Glogster that will include the information chosen. Older students will complete a webquest about this writer’s life and works and present their findings to the class. Sessions 6, 7 and 8 focus on the film Anne of the Green Gables based on the novel of the same title. We will work with pre-watching, while-watching and post-watching tasks, the end-product being the elaboration of a comic with scenes from the film. The comic will be exhibited in the school and will be digitalized and published online on Issuu. Sessions 9 and 10 will close the project with the elaboration of “A Book of Wishes” in which each student will write and illustrate a wish he/she would like to fulfill. The resources and products created will be published on Mytwinspace.
