[:::::::]was cooperative and understood their admonishment thatsending threatening e�mails is a federal felony. [::::::]<didnot appear to constitute a viable threat.
9�On 12/13/2004 AUSA Beong Su Kim was contacted and
presented with the above information. Kim advised that theUnited States Attorney's Office would decline prosecution. Iffurther threats are received, they would pursue prosecution.
