I have completed my dissertation training in R&D department (Immunology &

molecular research laboratory) of Serum institute of India ltd Pune. My project

work is on “Production of Monoclonal antibody and their use in Development,

Optimization & Prequalification of Sandwich ELISA for the estimation of

Meningococcal conjugate X”, Myeloma cell (sp2/o) culture and up scaling of

Hybridoma cell line (clone).

Three months training on “comparative study of effect of phytohormones Auxin &

cytokinin on the growth of plant “Durenta erecta’’ sfrom Harihar biotech lab,

Agra.

Hands on techniques

Molecular and Immunological techniques: Immunoelectrophoresis, ELISA

(sendwich, direct, indirect and competitive), Opsono-phagociticassay, Plasmid

isolation, DNA isolation, Polymerase Chain Reaction.

Animal cell culture: Myeloma cell (sp2/o) culture, Hybridoma cell culture,

Cryopreservation & revival of cells, up scaling of hybridomas and MAb

characterization.

Biochemistry and Enzymology: Intra-cellular and extra-cellular Protein extraction,

Protein precipitation, Protein estimation, Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE),

Chromatography (Paper, Thin layer, Affinity), Spectroscopy, Centrifugation,

Sonication, Lyophilisation.

Microbial techniques: Streaking techniques, pure culture preparation and

characterization, Antibiotic resistance test.

Plant tissue culture: Micropropagation, protoplastfusion, invitro-germination

experiments.

Instruments handling/demonstration

Bioplex 200 system, ELISA Plate washer, PCR (demonstration), Fermenter

(demonstration), Centrifuge, Sonicator, Laminar hood, CO2 incubator, Hot air

oven, Autoclave, Inverted microscope, Spectrophotometer, Gel doc system,

Electronic weingh balance, Ph meter etc.

Computer skills

M S Office, Bioinformatics tools like BLAST, FASTA, Bioedit tool, Rasmall,

PdbViewer, & biostatistical graph and patent search etc.
