Leader Bio Angela currently serves as the Senior Director of Continuous Improvement and Data Science. Over the past several years, Angela established both of these disciplines at Southwest and is responsible for driving business value through the pursuit of measured, achievable improvement of the organization’s current processes as well as turning data into insight and action. Angela developed her personal brand as being someone that brings people, ideas and organizations together in order to deliver strong results while mitigating risk for the Company. Over the past 20 years at Southwest, she led enterprise strategic initiatives across multiple aspects of the business including Continuous Improvement, Data Science, Customer Experience, and Recovery from Irregular Operations, Low Cost Leadership, and Enterprise Mobility. Prior to joining Southwest, Angela worked for other well-known brands such as Apple Computer, Nissan Motor Corporation, and JC Penney.
