July - December 2015 Coorparoo property report

Coorparoo, it’s my kind of place.

It is easy to be reminded of just how good Coorparoo is at this time of year. Off the back of great spring weather

and recent rain our yards are looking great. Those backyard pools are looking more tempting than usual and

thanks to the festive spirit there is a genuine sense of community spirit, almost a shine, to the whole area.

For a little over fifteen years now I have been working with buyers and sellers as they move in Coorparoo.

Helping them sell and helping them secure their homes and investments. It is a privilege and I am thankful for

the repeat business of many. Helping people buy and sell, and make smart real estate decisions, is what I love

and I am always here to help. All the best,

Andrew Bradley Director Place Coorparoo0410 490 039 [email protected] 07 3107 2199

Hello.

Source of inspiration.

My go to spot when I am in need of some home styling

assistance is Vanilla House at 380 Cavendish Rd. Open

daily and with a host of inspiring homewares, furniture,

fashion labels and a great selection of baby and children’s

gifts there is a little something there for everyone.

Favourite spot for brekky.

A favourite stomping ground for many a local is Flute on

Cavendish Road. They have a great brekky menu and if

you are chasing something a little on the decadent side,

then do try one of their thickshakes in a pot!

Imagination plus.

If it is up to my 2 year old son Hayden, and let’s be honest

it is, the best park in Brisbane is Majestic Park with it’s

dragon play and fort area. The circular bike path (about

300m) is ideal for learning to ride and there is plenty of

room for parents to sit back and relax also.

Sweet treats.

Pies, cakes, slices, petit fours, truffles and lots more

treats are on offer at Cream Patisserie Boulangerie at 380

Cavendish Road Coorparoo. If you are looking for a last

minute dinner party dessert, this is the place to go.

My Coorparoo.

2015Recent data has continued to highlight that suburbs closest to the centre of Brisbane,

especially those at the middle to upper end of the market, remain in demand and are

consistently fairing well in terms of positive sale price growth and also in terms of the numbers

of properties selling.

Brisbane, and particularly inner-suburban Brisbane, has been one of the most stable and

consistent property markets during the past five years with relatively subdued growth when

compared to gains seen in Sydney and Melbourne. This consistency has proven to be a

significant deciding factor for many buyers and sellers as the majority of market participants

continue to trade in and out of homes as a principal place of residency.

With the festive season fast approaching and summer pretty much upon us already, there

remains a level of buoyancy in buyer confidence and a willingness to buy that is not being

matched by the supply of property coming to market. With fewer properties currently on the

market, now is a great time to take advantage of low competition should you be thinking

about selling.
