PURCHASING INFORMATION

All prices in Andre Originals price list(s) are wholesale. Wholesale purchasing is exclusive to the interior design trade, authorized furniture resellers and contract & hospitality professionals.

Posession of Andre Originals wholesale price list(s) does not confirm the right to order at stated prices.

• All wholesale buyers must provide a retail sales certificate or similar documents. • All prices in Andre Originals pricelist are FOB Rahway, NJ, USA. • Prices are subject to change without notice.• Minimum freight and fuel surcharge cost(s) may be applied to your order. • Minimum freight and fuel surcharge cost(s) are subject to change without notice.• Andre Originals is not responsible for typographical errors in price lists.

PURCHASE ORDERS: All purchase orders must include -

• Full name. • Company name.• Phone & fax numbers, email addres. • Ship to address, telephone # and hours of operation.• Name of Designer, Buyer or Specifier.• Deadline if applicable.

Please include written instructions on your Purchase Order when requesting custom work.

MINIMUM ORDER: $1000.00 per shipment unless other terms have been previously agreed to by our office for your account.

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required for all orders to go into production unless other terms have been previously agreed to by our office for your account.

FINISHES: Finish samples give an indication of color & shading. Actual furniture pieces vary from samples, based on wood used. Color & texture of finish may vary due to natural characteristics of wood species. Andre Originals imports furniture in various wood species.

• Certain finishes require priming of the wood.• We cannot guarantee prevention of color change after purchase.• Exact finish duplication cannot be 100% guaranteed from order to order.

UPHOLSTERY: Andre Originals extensive array of fabrics and leathers are generally in stock. Availability may change as our suppliers drop items. Leather pricing is subject to change based on suppliers.

NAIL HEADS: We stock Antique Brass and Polished Silver nail head trim strips. Individual nail head pricing varies. Please ask for an estimate.

• Most items upholstered with leather require nail head trim.• Charges for nail head trim (unless otherwise noted in pricelist): $10.00 per seat, $10.00 per seat back.

TOPS: Andre Originals stocks glass, marble, marble composite, wood and engineered wood tops. Stock varies subject to suppiler availabil-ity. Please inquire to availabilty and options when placing your order. Custom tops are available by request.

CUSTOM LABOR: Custom labor requests are charged at a minimum rate of $60 per hour. Since customer requests and products vary greatly please confirm the cost of your custom labor request by receiving an estimate. Andre Originals does not charge for custom labor estimates.

CUSTOMERS OWN MATERIAL (C.O.M): No Orders will go into production until all C.O.M. is received. Add 15% additional fabric beyond C.O.M yardage specified in our price list(s) if pattern repeat is larger than 28”.

• Please include C.O.M cutting with Purchase Order. • Customer must provide written instructions with orders for application of fabric.• Please mark all C.O.M. with your company name.• Please mark all C.O.M. with the style number of Andre Originals item to be upholstered.

SALES TOOLS: Complete set of fabric books, leather swatches & finish samples is $195.00. This amount will be applied as a credit after $5000.00 in total purchases. There is a $10 charge for shipment of individual fabrics, leathers or finish samples.

Andre Originals is now located in Rahway, New Jersey where our furniture frames are finished and upholstered by hand at our 100,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Our manufacturing expertise includes traditional seat-ing and tables, casegoods, lounge seating, and an extensive variety of accent furnishings including pedestals, consoles and antique reproductions.

Our furniture is derived from traditional French and English furniture from the 17th and 18th centuries. Over time we have added products with more modern influences, including French Art Deco.

In recent years we have extended our commitment of timeless styles and classic prices to the contract and hos-pitality industry. With a focus on commerical environments, Andre Originals has introduced value-engineered furniture and refurbishing services to meet budget needs of commercial projects.

Clients have included The Helmsey Park Lane, The Hilton New York, Trump Tower, The Mirage Hotel and Casino, The Viking Hotel, STK Steakhouse, The Hard Rock Cafe and other fine establishments.

The focus of our furniture manufacturing process is always on building real furniture for real people in real envi-ronments. Andre Originals is a manfacturer of hand finished furnishings crafted in the European manner.

The company was founded in 1953 in Brooklyn, New York by the husband and wife team of Andre and Jeanette Blitz. They created the business with a mission of delivering the sophistication and elegance of classical European furnishings at affordable prices.
