-00-Vide reference 1St cited Corporation has revised the basic fares of some types of services.

It was advised to stop forthwith spot incentive on earning parameter for all the services andalso the commission payable to the Crew operating TIM services vtet . 24-09-2012.

Vide ref z= cited/instructions have been issued to fix the service wise revised targets andalso enhanced the TIM commission slab from Rs.80 to Rs. 95 .

Accordingly, the Computers Department has modified the software to increase the servicetargets for the ensuing quarter (Oct-2012 to Dec-2012) and calculation of spot incentivepayment to all services according modified incentive slabs. The software is ported in theRTCWAN"/DCP/tptobj/fareinc2012" folder and the instructions and the procedure given inAnnexure-1 have to be followed

The software shall be implemented wef: 01-10-2012 after completion of. the monthlyre-organization.

Hence it is requested to instruct the Depot Managersconcerned and Regional core group~~t~2bO~r;.to implement the software .for payment of spot incentive for~all ;erv)ices wekf:~~
