President’s Message
The Annual Dinner is behind us, and what a great event it was! I want to thank the staff, committee, and all involved and I don’t think the evening could have been any better. It was a first-rate evening for a first-rate Chamber! I was so happy that several past Presidents attended, as it was only through the efforts of those before us that have made the Chamber what it is today. And, of course, having Moses there was special as well.
I also want to thank the finalists and winners of the various awards, especially Joe Eletto for being named 2015 Citizen of the Year. He is a kind and compassionate man who always goes out of his way to help others. He is one truly living the “Golden Rule,” and it is an honor to call him a friend.
And, let us all try to better live the “Golden Rule.” Today reach out to another Chamber business; give them a call and see if there is anything you can do to help them.
One focus of my efforts this year will be to work on member retention, and I’ll be discussing more on that in the near future. I welcome your suggestions and constructive criticisms as to how we can better grow the Chamber. Feel free to call me anytime on my cell at 813.391.8247.
I am looking forward to a great year ahead, and want to remind you of the golf outing this month. Your support of this event helps the Chamber pay its bills.
Remember, that “Before you buy, give the Chamber a try!”

For more than 15 years, I have been an independent broker in the merchant services industry. I believe I can offer competitive pricing to any merchant I encounter. And I am anxious to discuss how you can increase your income and, in turn, help your Chamber!
