Jerry Higdon is in Hospice care at home.

Mercedes Hayes had surgery this past Tuesday. She is now home.

Beulah Thompson has pneumonia, she is in Regent Park, room 104.

Ed Karnes had back surgery Monday, January 4, and is doing well.

Linda Whitacre had elbow surgery Tuesday, January 5, and is doing well.

John T. & Abby Langley’s babies are doing well. Abby is on strict bed rest now.

Tom Burns’ friend, Phyliss Arnold’s daughter who is 55, has an infection that has no cure. Her body is shutting down.

Jim Hubbard’s friend, Bill Hammitt, has throat cancer.

Joyce Stewart is having problems with her knee.

Rion Curtis has been deployed for 6 months.

Pajama Nights Wednesday nights are Pajama Party Nights in the children's wing! We know that school nights can be tough, so bring your kids ready for bed. Thank You Thank you Scott Hawley for last Wednesday. There was a combined Children’s class with Mary Jo opening with singing and Scott Hawley creating a special presentation. It was a presentation that no kiddo will soon forget! Children’s Ministry Team We have welcomed Jessica Hoggatt and Lacey Woods to the team. We are excited to work with these wonderful ladies to help the continuous improvement of East Point's Children's Ministry. Summer Intern We are looking for a high school summer intern this year. Students who have completed their junior or senior year by May 2016 will be considered first. This is a paid position that will entail organizing curriculum, leading Noah's ark, helping with VBS and many more opportunities. If interested, please see Mercedes Hayes or Dean Foster.

It should only take 15-20 minutes. There are several things on the agenda including: Small groups, Spring Break, Youth Auction and Rockcleft. I hope you plan on attending.
