They organized and conducted workshops on several subjects including Math, 3 languages, Arts, Psychology and Science. During the workshops, the team introduced interesting topics and conducted discussions to build mentor-mentee relationships and help children develop a sense of global citizenship. The team also collaborated with high school students in Gyumri to share their experience with the goal of inspiring them to set up a similar program in their community. Project Objectives: Promote quality education among students from disadvantaged families Mentor and encourage students to study and strive to learn more Create a mentorship network in Armenia Activities: Designed workshop structure and content Conducted 20 thematic workshops Visited Gyumri to promote their program and establish cooperation with other schools Organized a charity concert with the participation of the mentees and other high school students from Gyumri Results: Greater confidence and motivation among 30 mentees (increased from 10 to 30 over the course of the program) Raised nearly $100 USD from the charity concert and donated revenue to an underserved school in the Shirak region Expanded the program by collaborating with students from Gyumri to introduce the mentorship program in the Shirak region Next Steps: The students are exploring additional opportunities to support women in need. They are planning to conduct a fundraising drive and contact donors to support the expansion of their project in the community
