Latin Fusion Artist Anand Bhatt Has Four Considerations for 2013 GRAMMY’s

Indian-American Artist Anand Bhatt is a recognized as Grammy consideree with four initial-round ballot considerations for his titles Latidos De La

Vida, Salsa India, Anand Bhatt and Fit Kids, Healthy Kids, Happy Kids.

Bhatt is the first Indian-American voting member of the Latin Recording Academy and first time Grammy considered Indian-American Latin Artist.

“I am honored to be considered by such a reputable and noteworthy institution and award like the Grammys in their 55th year,” said

Bhatt. “It is a great feeling to be recognized among so many talented artists and individuals who have shaped musical history for more

than five decades and I look forward to the places this consideration will take me.”

These initial-round ballot GRAMMY considerations are in addition to Bhatt’s Latin GRAMMY considerations in 2010 and 2011.

GRAMMY considerees and nominees go through a rigorous process with submitted entries which are then screened for eligibility and category

placement. The 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards are slated for February 10, 2012 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
