You need to associate foodwith gross entities so you
hate it more.
You need to do youranti-craving routine to avoid
bingeing when you arefeeling dangerous. It does
work & you do not need allof those gross foods
polluting your body, here ishow it goes; drink as much
water as possible, brush yourteeth & put on one of yourflavored lip balms. You canalso chew gum, drink green
tea or black coffee & foradded success as well as take
diet pills.
You must not give intocravings, if you are craving
something, eating thatspecific food will probably
cause a binge.
You must not try andsubstitute cravings with low
calorie foods, If you arecraving something inparticular then eatingsomething else will not
subside the craving and youmay end up consuming bothfoods which will lead you tobecoming even fatter and
even more disgusting.
If you overindulge, don't falloff the wagon. Don't tell
yourself you're a failure. It'sokay - eat better the nextmeal, or maybe exercise
more. Feeling like you areconstantly deprived can lead
to bingeing, and can play real mind games.
If you are cravingsomething in particular &your anti-craving routine
has not subsided this feeling,take a vitamin pill for the
main nutrient of thatspecific food. If the food was
Soymilk, then you wouldtake a vitamin pill for
calcium. Afterwards, stretch& go on a walk whilst the
pill takes effect & fulfills themineral deficiency that is
responsible for the craving.
If you are feeling dangerous,you should go on a walk &
set a timetable of tasks to dofor the next few hours or
watch a movie so you do nothave time to binge.
Pinch your thigh when youare feeling dangerous,
your body should be eatingaway all of that fat, it does
not need more.
Take Caffeine Pills or drink black coffee when you are
low on energy, plus the blackcoffee acts as a naturalappetite suppressant.

more food.
If you are about to binge, pick a safe food, preferably
negative calorie (pickles, celery, blueberries, etc.) and eat it non-
stop for up to half an hour, taking a sip of water with each bite. Often you will not be able to even get up to half an hour,
and you will be full so the desire to binge will be gone, but you haven’t eaten anything “bad.”

You will be thin. You won't look at pictures of models or celebs wishing you were their size, because you will be.
You will be able to wear your "thin clothes" again.

You will feel more confident and happy with yourself.

If you’re even consideringeating, hold your breath &count to 100, in that time
you should be able topersuade yourself not to
devour the disgusting food.
Cleaning something dirtywill help suppress appetite,like the toilet for instance,yack, you cannot eat after
that.
On your way out of thehouse, take some food to
throw away once you leavethe gate, this will let your
parents think you’re eatingmore than usual.
Leave fake dirty plates lyingabout when fasting. It willmake it look like you ate.
Do not eat the minute youwake up, doing so instantly
leaves you hungry allmorning, waiting till at least9:30 is probably best, 12:00
is perfect.

If I do consume a snack of moderate to high caloric value (A Vegan Cookie), I must eat it as a meal to make room for it.

What could I do right nowthat would make me feel
good tomorrow?
And finally, and perhapsmost important
of all ...
If I DO eat this specificfood, can I savor it &
relish it & then let it go --without beating myself upand without giving up on
my commitment?If the answer to the last
question is yes, well then ...Go Ahead!, as long as it is
safe.
Extras:
Is this really worth fatness?
Why am I consuming thiswhen I will just be hungry
again in a few hours?
Taste only lasts so long, andthen it is gone and you pooit out the next day once it
has impurified your body, do I want that?
Do I really plan to furtherdestroy what you have
achieved?
Do I really need to spend money on food that
disappears when I can spend it on something that will
stick around? Somethingthat makes me feel good?
Think of something disgusting, like maggots on
roadkill
Bingeing brings no satisfaction, you’ll just want more & more, then you will purge & then you will feel
dreadful.
Purging will damage your teeth, your esophagus, your
pride & could lead to cancer, plus you’ll never reach your goals
that way...
Anti-Craving Routines...
A little Anti Craving Chant:
Is it hunger, is it yourbladder, or is it a craving,
what's sadder?
A nice diet coke could fillyou up so scrap that binge
and grab a cup.
Brush your teeth, mintyfresh, you cant binge then
you fat ugly mess.
Over drink water asdiscomforting as it may be,
it makes you full without thefailure you foresee.
Ginger lip balm has thebuzz to destroy all cravings
with its tingly fuzz.
Your friends on WhyEat willthinspire you, they knowyou are strong but they
would all be ashamed rightnow of cravings so wrong.
Carbohydrate binges fail toend, start bingeing now andyour body won't descend.
If all else fails you mustfollow your craving but
remember your daily limitas it is s there to stop binges
from misbehaving.

The Mia Routine.
• clean the toilet, purging in a dirty toilet is ever so degrading.
• Brush your teeth, it will help slow down tooth decay.
• Eat a tablespoon of baking soda, this will neutralize the acid in your stomach which can help avoid tooth decay, it will also make foods
easier to purge & if taken with fizzy soda it will also bloat your stomach make you feel full which will stop you from consuming as much
food.
• drink a half liter of water.
• Eat a handful of spinach as a marker.
• If you start bingeing, you’re better off eating more than less because you'll get more up, the more you eat as it inhibits digestion.
• Make sure you chew your food thoroughly, the more you chew, the easier it
will come back up.
• Eat sorbet/vegan ice cream to keep the food afloat. It will make everything a lot easier
to get up, even if you’re not really craving a sorbet or start on something healthy to 'line' your stomach like cucumber or 2 bowls of cereal if need be which you’ll often crave.
• Eat the rest of the food, drink water or a carbonated diet pop between every bite or
two, making sure to consuming at least another half liter of water while bingeing.
• The longest you should wait between your last bite of food and purging is 20 - 30 minutes, after this, your body starts digesting food, make sure you have enough time and
privacy to do it.
• Hang upside down off your bed or headstand, jump around.
• drink lukewarm/warm water & jump around some more & do a
headstand (Or for the best purge, mix a teaspoon of mustard with lukewarm water, it makes it easier to purge and *IT WORKS
REALLY WELL!*.
• PURGE (When you purge, keep your fingers in your throat, the first few times you reach you be able to get the purge going a lot easier and faster that way, than if you took my fingers out.), try purge by willing it up using
stomach muscles.
• Repeat from blue (the "chorus" hehe)
• Once you feel like you've gotten everything out & you’re purging way more water than food, you can stop or you can
drink another half liter of water and give it another go. By doing so, you will get the
remnants out.
• Stop when it starts to feel acidic.
• 50 grams of Salt in a glass, will make purging a breeze if nothing is working but it
will really hurt.
• Swirl baking soda in your mouth to neutralize acid & then swirl a mouthwash to
further cleanse your mouth.

Good Purging Fooods
Water/Soda (always try to drink water when you're bingeing, it makes purging easier all
around). Ice cream, Frozen Yogurt & Sorbet.
Juices, Smoothies & Shakes. Almost any bread-type product if it's taken with
plenty of fluids & chewed up well.Bananas & other Soft Fruit.
Yogurt.Oatmeal, made with a little extra liquid.
Weetabix.Dried Apple. (Takes 4 hours to digest!!!!)
Jelly.Bananas.
Melon, Such as Honeydew, Watermelon or Cantaloupe.
Soft Cake
Foods such as ice cream, milkshake, puddings and bananas are very easily purged because they are so soft and smooth, use these as a guide to find other easily purgeable foods.

Bad Purging Fooods• Anything swallowed in chunks
(always chew well).• Almost any bread-type product taken without fluids (becomes a
solid starchy mass).• Apples (they get stringy and
fibrous and brown).• Anything spicy (hurts like hell,
especially up the nose).• Chocolate (Can be made easy
by drinking realy hot water but can be confusing as it always comes up
last).• Potato, rice without water, cooked grains (see bread-type
products). • Anything with small sharp pieces, like popcorn, pretzels or chips which can get stuck and
crunchy cereals, think crunchy = scratch, this can seriously injure
your esophagus.• Nuts, also scratchy.• Raw crunchy vegetables, Broccoli & Cauliflower are the
worse!!!!!!!!!!!!! • Oranges & grapefruit are
horrible coming back up, Not only because of the acidity but because they can also get stuck due to the rubbery skin in which the pulp is incased & can also block up plug
holes in shower trays, if you do eat oranges or grapefruit, try to avoid as
much skin as possible.• Peanut Butter, when eaten first.• Crusts of toast• Anything noodly such as spaghetti or noodle soup, plain
noodles can be made a little easier if you chew very well, otherwise they will come back out long & stringy, half in your mouth, half in your
stomach, gross. • Oily foods, it is impossible to
purge all of the calories out. • Coffee• Any syrup, golden syrup, agave.
etc
