    Therehasrecentlyappearedinthisageagroup,new intheirappearance,archaic intheir

    principles, not following any one of the scholars except Ibn Taymyah. They sanctifyhis

    wordsandclaimtheyarenotimitatingdisciplesofanyoneofthefourschoolsofIslamicLaw

    norofanyoneof theknownscholarsofIslamwhoare soundandstraight inbelief. They

    claim independence (from strict adherence to the four schools). And they are truly not

    followinganyoneofthesegreatscholars,naytheyareatoppositiontothem,andtheyutter

    thingswhichnoneofthosescholarshaveeveruttered.Everyoneoftheseindividualsharbors

    ahidden(andillegitimate)schoolofIslamiclawwithinhimself.Theyaremoreignorantthan

    agoatinhisbarn.Theyaredysfunctionalintheirminds.Theypossessnottheabilitytoform

    soundopinionsregardlessofhowsimpletheissuemaybe.AndtheyconsiderthemselvesasuponclearguidanceandtruthandtheyexcludeanyonewhodisagreeswiththemfromAhlal-

    Sunnah,whileitistheywhoareexcludedfromthisgroup.

    Youseeoneofthemclaimingthathedoesnttakeamatterfromreligiousaffairsexceptby

    evidence.Andwhenyouaskthem(questions)abouttheprinciplesofevidenceyouseethat

    theyaredumberthanarock;no,theyhaveneverhadasingleprincipleof(legitimate)Arabic

    linguistics,andtheydonotrespectthescholars(ofIslam),andthatisonlybecausetheyare

    ignoramuses.

    Andaboveall,you seeone fromthemaddicted tohis innerdesires andhedoesnothave

    knowledgeequaltoamustard(seed).

    And they appeared during this era (of ours) and increased their circulation and they

    envelopeduponmankindthevulture-cultureofname-callingwhiletheyworewhitethawbs

    andcarriedsawksinthepockets.Therefore,thecommunitybelievedthemtobepeopleof

    knowledgeandpiety.Buttheywerenotsuch,becausetheyarethepeopleofignoranceand

    corruption. And their ignorance isa complex ignorance, for they do not know (anything

    whichactuallycounts)andfancythattheyknowsuch.

    Thesepeople are thosewhohavenicknamed themselves assalafyah,andnodoubtthe

    salafareinnocentoftheiratrocities,andonlytheashawyah,Karmyah,andtheignorance

    oftheJewsaretheirintellectualpredecessors.Thesepeopleare(theones)supportedbythe

    Saudiregime.

    Theyhaven'tpropagatedbythemeansoftheir(supposed)knowledgenoroftheirrighteous

    actions,butonlybythesupportofthetyrannicalSaudiregime,andthissupportisknownto

    everyonewhoisinformedofthesalafs.

    Andintheirexpansionandinthespreadoftheircalamityisastory(which)Iwillattemptto

    clarifyhere,inadditiontoclarifyingtheorganizationoftheircorruptschoolofIslamic law,

    so that perhaps thoseminds of foremost intelligence will be on their guard (against this

    movement)andthereforeguidethemajorityofthepeople(awayfromthismovement).

    Withthatsaid,Ibeginmydiscourse:

    Itiswellknownthatthereisnoessenceofreligionintheheartsandmindsofmankindexcept

    in(whathascometothem)bytheexistenceofscholarswhopracticewhattheypreachand

    arewellknownfortheir(properlyacquired)knowledgeandtheir(sincere)piety.Andthescholarsaretheprotectorsofthereligion,forintheirvanishing,thereligionisseizedfrom

    everyaspectbyitsenemies,andwhenthescholarsarecorrupt,mankindbecomescorrupt,

    because in that instance, the leaders (of mankind) will (unabashedly) spread corruption.

    Andwhensomeoftheclaimantstoknowledgetakecontrolofmatterspertainingtoreligious

    edicts,andwhenthatknowledgeis(fullof)misguidance,corruption,ortriviality,bearingnodistinctionorpenetratinginsight,andwhenthatknowledgefacilitatestheincrustationofevil

    propagandauponit,thenitis(alltoo)possiblefromthiscaveatthattheevilpropagandaof

    this(cursed)knowledgewillhaveacertain(negative)impactuponthemajorityofmankind.

    AndtheMuslims,sincetheir(humble)beginnings,havenot imitated(inanymatter)except

    bythe(approval)ofthescholarsandtheyhavenotsecuredfealtytotheleadersexceptwhen

    the scholars have approved of them; and the tribulations in history are an authentic

    testamenttowhatIsay.Andtheconditionofthepeoplehasbeensuchsincethetimeof

    RaslAllh.

    Andinthepreviouseras,thepeoplewereincompleteagreementwith theleadershipofthe

    scholarsandthejuristsofthefourschoolsofIslamicLawandallofthosewhofollowedthem

    andeventheonewhodisagreedwiththemontheconditionthathisadvocateddisagreement

    wasestablisheduponstrongevidence,notquasi-academicpunditryandits like.Anditwas

    rare that anindividualhad this power (of analysis) inspecific issues (of IslamicLaw)but

    lackedthisanalyticalreasoningwithrespecttothecompleteprospectus(ofIslamicLaw).

    Andthepeoplecontinuedtogatheraroundthescholarsaslongasthescholarsperseveredin

    applyingtheirteachingsintopractice,guidingthepeople(thereby),andteachingthem(of

    beneficialknowledge).(Thiswasso)until(thetime)whentherelationsbetweenthepeople

    andthescholarswereweakenedduringthefinalyearsofthereignoftheOttomansandthe

    ignoranceofthepeopleintheirreligionincreasedduetonegligenceofthescholars,andthe

    colonizationoftheIslamiccountriesspread,andtheMuslimsweresubduedunderthereign

    ofthedisbelievers.Andallofthat,alongsidetheassistanceofthedisbelievers(amongstthe

    Muslims)addedtothecorruptionofthepeopleandtheircondition.

    And the disbelievers had certain knowledge that they cannot control theMuslimNation,

    exceptwhenthepeopleareestrangedfromtheirreligion,andthemosteffectivemeansto

    establish this is for the people to forget the commands of their religion. And (thedisbelievers)knewthattheywerenotabletopreventthepeoplefromtheirreligion,because

    thisresultsinaninclinationtowardsthereligionitselfandthedisbelieversfailandarenot

    able to executewhat they intend. So theyworked (expeditiously) on the planningof the

    execution(ofthisendeavor),(ofwhich)oneplanwasfoolingthepeople(intobelieving)that

    the(interpretationof)thereligionwasaccordingtowhatcertainpersonagesdeemedittobe.Thus,theyhighlightedsomeofthereligion'snon-basicsubdivisions(fur)todilutethebasic

    principles(usl),andtheyemployedsomeofthecorruptopinionsofsomeMuslims,andthey

    strivedtoavertthespreadoftheopinionsoftherighteous(Muslims).However,(thiswas

    done) in incrementalmeasures, so that (the changes)wouldappear imperceptible to that

    populace(ofMuslimsexposedtothisconspiracy).AndtheexampleofthisiswhatNapoleon

    did inEgyptwhenheattemptedtocreatea riftbetweenthescholarsofAl-Azharandthe

    people,andalsowhenheattemptedtodictateuponthepeopletheirreligiousaffairs.

    Thepeoplewere,untiltheduskoftheOttomanregime(andeven)beforeitsinception,for

    yearsor evendecades, recipientsof their religiousaffairs from the scholars affiliatedwith

    Ahlal-Sunnaandthe (jurists) of the fourSunnischoolsof IslamicLaw. Andnonewould

    speak of a religious matter except the scholar specialized in thatmatter, and suchwas a

    seriousmattertothescholars.Itiscorrectthattheywere(attimes)negligentandwecannot

    denythat;however,theywereuponthestraightpathandtheywerenotastray.

    And the people trusted them except that they (the people) used to censure them (the

    scholars)fortheir(thescholars)negligenceandthelackofcirculationoftheirknowledge

    amongstthepeople,andthepeoplewouldfurtherblamethemfortheirisolationfrompublic

    life.Andtheenemiesofthisreligionhaveworkedinthisendeavorofgraduallyestranging

    thepeoplefromtheirscholars,untilthisendeavorreachedAl-AzharAl-Sharfinsomecases

    renderingthe institutiona prisonertoexternalandinternalconspiracies,andtheseverest

    blowtotheinstitutionwasthatitbecameasubsidiaryofthetyrannicalEgyptiangovernment,

    andthatgovernmentcametoconsiderit(merely)auniversityamongstEgyptianuniversities.

    Theuniversityisnolongerdistinguishedfromotheruniversitiesexceptbyitshistory,andthe

    Egyptian government forced the trustees of the university to abandon their teaching

    traditions virtually intheirentirety, all according towhatwas compatiblewith the plan to

    alienatethepeoplefromtheirscholars.Thus,therelationshipdeterioratedbetweentheAl-

    Azhar scholars and the people up to the present condition where the people regard the

    scholarsoftheinstitutionasscholarsofthesultan.AndwiththedeathofAl-Azharcamethedeath of Islamic Sciences which Al-Azhar used to inculcate in the hearts and minds of

    mankind,andthedeathofthegloryandprestigewhichtheMuslimscholarsalwayspossessed

    beforethen.

    Andat thesametimethat theshinningrayofAl-Azharandothercenters fortheeducationof the divine sciences (sought to be extinguished), there appeared foreign substitutes for

    Islamicsciences,schools,andideas.Specifically,sucharetheschoolsandtheuniversities

    whoseaffairsaresupervisedby theArabgovernmentsandthosewhichmixfalsehoodwith

    Islam.

    Andwith thisappearance,thepeoplesunderstandingof thedivinesciencesvanished,and

    withitdecreasedtheconnection(ofthepeople)withthereligionitself,becauseonecannot

    believe (in the religion) without knowledge, and he is reinforced (ideologically) with the

    scholars;andatthesametimethetitlesofthescholarsbegantochange,andafterthatthe

    scholarswhousedtotheteachmankind,thecustodiansof theQuran,theexegetes,jurists,

    andlegalexpertswhoweretheleadersofthepeople,becamedoctors,whothoughtthaton

    accountoftheircredentialsofostentationtheywereexpertsandscholars(ofIslam).Yetthey

    did not possessmore knowledge than the infant scholarsofpast timeswho were able to

    composeshortcompendiums.

    Andwedonotwantto forgetthementioningof thecurriculumoflearningandeducation,

    andthereisnodoubtthat(this)curriculumisthatwhichleadtojudgmentsand(thereisno

    doubt) that (these) specific judgments do not come to fruition except through a specific

    curriculum,andwhenthecurriculumchanges,thennodoubt,judgmentsabsolutelychange

    andtheconverse(also)holdstrue,andwhatsoeverleadstoachangeincurriculum,thenitis

    categoricallynecessaryuponthat,thattherulingsandjudgmentschange(withit).Andsince

    the curriculums were unauthentic fabrications, the existing rulings were also spurious,

    namelytheyarenotbasedonacorrectandsoundbasis.

    Andinthisdayandageinwhichwelive, thepeoplehavesometimesbecomedoubtfulasto

    whether it is permissible that we judge by Islam the entirety ofmankind,or whether it is

    permissiblethatwesay:theprincipleregardingthepeoplehereinthiscountyisthattheyare

    Muslimexceptwhentheoppositeofthatisproventobetrue,orthereverseholdstrue.

    Andthisconfusionthathasarisenis(nothingmorethanaresult)oftheextremeignoranceof

    the people in the religion;and their plight isa severe plight. Thus, the people struggled

    (against)theirignorance(nodoubt)acomplexignoranceuntilyousawonefromamongst

    thecommonpeoplewhoknowsthathedoesnotknowandis(even)contentwiththat,yetconsideringthistobeablessedconditionandthepathoftruth.

    And if you partake in a forum in which a talk regardingmatters of jurisprudence or the

    religiontakesplace;allwhoarepresentwillseethatsuchanindividualsuddenlybecomesa

    scholar, (disingenuously) speaking in the style of a seasoned scholar, yet in reality, this

    individualisthemostignorantoftheignoramuses.

    And as Allh is my witness, I have seen the one who did not devote himself to the

    commitmentsofthereligionexpect(half-heartedly)andtransiently,andheisnotcultivated

    underthetutelageofarighteousscholarandheisnotamongstthosewhounderstandshow

    to read books and benefit from the rulings therein. Despite (all of) that, this individual

    proceedstotalkabout(specializedmattersoftheology)suchascreedalmattersrelatedto

    prophethoodandmiracles. Thus,he fools the (innocent and ignorant)who see him into

    believingthatheisanexperiencedscholar,andwhatdothosepoorsoulsknowaboutwhich

    seaitisinwhichtheywilldrown?And(hiscohorts)assembleforums(conductedbyscholars

    ofpopularculture);finallyIspokewiththemandclarifiedforthemthecontradictionsinthis

    purported scholars (speech and ideology) and this purported scholar was notifiedof the

    gravityofthesetopicsandthegravityoftheonewhodelvesintothemwithoutknowledge.

    Andthisisamajorissuepertainingtothereligion;forthese individualsdonotrefrainfrom

    labeling(castingaspersionsupon)someofthescholarsofwhomarisesagreement(andgood

    will) between the people so that they are righteous; (these youth) label such scholars as

    innovatorsormisguidedandtheyexpelthescholarsfromAhlal-Sunnahwaal-Jam.

    Andthuswereturntomyoriginalpoint,Isay:

    Andwhilethecarpet(ofrespectandhonor)wasbeingpulledfromunderthescholarsofthe

    fouracceptedschoolsoflaw,others,(unqualifiedforthetaskofscholarship)tooktheirplace

    uponthatcarpet.

    Atthesametime,these(newquasi-scholars)assumedcommandoftheMuslimpublic, and

    proceededtocontroltheiractions,minds,andhearts.

    Andtheirtechniquewassuch:

    Inordertoestrangethepeoplefromtheirreligion,thesequasi-scholarssoughttoimplement

    gradual, imperceptible changes therein so as to not appear sudden and unusual to the

    peopletherebymakingthosechangesappeartobeapartofthereligion.

    Andthefirstof(their)errorswasthetarnishingofthe(four)legalschools(ofIslam):

    Beneaththesurface(ofthispropaganda)liesthedefilementoftraditionaladherencetothe

    fourschoolsofIslamicLaw,theencouragementandfacilitationoflegalreasoningmeaning

    thesuggestionthatitisaneasytaskforalltopartakein;thesmearingofthereputationof

    scholarsandtheirloyalfollowers,portrayingtheminsuchamannerasiftheyonlyconcern

    themselveswithstrangeandanomalousissueswhichhavenopracticalbenefitforthelifeof

    thisworldorthenext,andthemisrepresentationofthescholarsstatementsinordertolead

    otherstobelievethattheyinterpretprophetictraditionsinwaysthatstrictlyconformtothe

    doctrinallinesoftheirimams.

    (Thisoccurred)untilsomedestituteloafersemergedsaying,wearemenand(likewisethe

    legaljurists)aremen.

    And they are nothing, save like the foolish children who dont find anything useful for

    themselves,andtherebywastetheirtime,(anddonothing)exceptattacktheDivineLawwith

    theirwretchedmanners.Regardingtheirinnovatedopinions;youasapossessorofsound

    intellectwillhardlyfindamongstthemsuccess. Isay:theseill-temperedfolkhaveattacked

    theDivineScienceoftheSharah,nay,theyhaveattackedtheveryletterandspiritofthe

    Sharah.TheyseektounderstandtheSharahaccordingtotheirsicktastesandtheyhave

    busied themselves in the science of adth,which happens tobe themost difficult of the

    DivineSciences.Theonewhopursuesthisillustrioussciencewillhardlyfindinitsignificant

    achievement,exceptforhewhomAllhsupplieswithHisSuccessandhewhoseassistanceis

    strengthenedbyAllh.Andtheycametoaskthequestion:Whatisthemostpreferablethat

    wetakedirectlyfromtheTongueoftheRaslorfromAbanfa,Shfi,Mlik,Amad,

    andothersamongsttheJurists?

    And as soon as one is caught unawares of the inherent deception in this question, herespondstothembysaying,Nay,withoutadoubt,themostpreferredpathistotakedirectly

    fromtheRasl.

    AndheforgetsthattheselearnedjuristsdidnottakeexceptfromtheRasl,andthatnot

    everyone is permitted to make determinations about the Ruling of Allh within the

    InjunctionsoftheDeen.Rather,ijtihdhasconditionswhichareobligatoryuponeveryone

    thattakesupstudiestherein;thattheyfulfilltheseconditions,andiftheseconditionsarenot

    met,thenhiswordsdeservenoattention,nomatterhowthesewordsarefilledwithshouting

    andscreaming.

    Andthusly,hecameto considerit amongstthewrongdoingsandgrievouserrorsthathebe

    affiliatedwiththeschoolsofShafiorAbHanfa.Andthey(i.e.,theSalafs)tellhimthat

    rather,affiliationtoIslm(alone)isthatwhichcounts,deceivinghimintobelievingthatany

    otheraffiliationisatoppositiontoIslm,whereasinreality,affiliationtotheMadhhibisthe

    fountainheadofDivineLaw.

    Andmanypeoplehaveralliedbehindthiswhimsicalnotion,notknowingthegrievouserror

    intowhichtheyhaveplunged.Initially,theyabandonedtheimmensetreasuresamongstthe

    worksofthegreat scholars(of thepast)and their(newfound)doctrinesdidnotevenbind

    them to the time-tested etiquette of taking and receiving (from the scholars), and

    (thereafter)theyproceededtoclaimthatnodoubt,thispathissufficientsothatwemaybe

    deliveredontoeternalsalvation.

    Thiswretchedmobhavespentthe(greater)portionoftheirliveshairsplittingoverminute

    issuesofjurisprudencewhichhavebeenfirmlyestablishedbyjuristsfromthemostancient

    eraofour(blessed)history,suchasthemovementofthefingersintheprayer,orthedawning

    thedishdasha,ordoffingthekffromthehead,andsoforthfromissueswhichare(clearly)

    amongstthemostspecializedsubdivisionsofIslamicLaw.Andlike(psychopaths)without

    discernment,(theypaidnoheedtothemajorissues)andtooktokillingtheUmmah,yetthey

    (disingenuously) deem slaughter and killing therein illegal, either understanding or not

    understanding(thefullramificationsoftheiractions).

    And in their state of confusion, they have left the Ummah, neither adhering to any(meaningfulprinciples)norcaring(enoughabout)anything.

    ToIllustrate:

    Thesepeople haveproceeded forthbasedona set ofprinciples theyhave inherited from

    theirforefathers,andtheerrorsoftheseprincipleshavepileduptotheclouds,yetthevast

    majorityofthepeopleareunabletodiscernthem.

    Yet the established principles upon which the vastmajority of the people adhere to are

    correctintheirtotality,buthaveonlybeenpollutedbyperversion(inrecenttimes).

    Andwhenthesepartisansemerged in (our) era, theydesired to improvethestateof this

    Ummah,butbystrictlyopposingtheverdictsandrulingswhichthepeoplehadcometorely

    uponinthepast.

    Not likely; for thefirstaction oftheiragenda was todisregard the fact that the Golden

    Fundamental (meaning taqld) is amongst the primary matters of importance in the

    Religion.Theyregardedthisnotionasfalsehoodandimpermissibletofollow,andtheycame

    toreject it, therebyrejecting the time-testedtradition that the people had cometoaccept

    over the centuries. Themost important tradition ofall being the systematic following of

    qualifiedscholarswhopossesstherequisiteknowledgeofAhlal-SunnaWaal-Jam.This,in

    additiontotheprinciplethatisimpermissibletodelveintoabranchoftheDivineSciences

    exceptfortheonewhohasobtainedtherequisiteskillstherein.Andthus,thesefoolscame

    to strike a sword and revile every legislated decree to which the people had become

    accustomed.

    Andwhen theyencounteredonewhoadheredtooneof thefourimams,they toldhimthat

    thisisblind-followingtootherthantheMessenger,andthusitisfollowingmisguidance.

    And when they saw the public not especially concerned about the finer points of legal

    evidence,theycametodisparagethepeopleonaccountthereof,andtheysoughtfromevery

    individual that he investigate fromwhoma legal rulingwas derivedbasedon the rulesof

    evidence,andtonotsufficewiththerulingofanestablishedscholarspecializedinthefieldofjurisprudence.

    Andtheymadethesciencesofadththemost importantpriorityinthereligion,andthey

    assaulted this science a most unusual assaulting, until the most common of people saw

    themselvesfittogradeaparticularadthassoundorweak,andtheyproceededtointerpret

    firsthandthewordsoftheMessenger withouttheaidofanintermediaryscholarofapast

    era.

    Andinthismanner,theybroughtthepeopledowntoastateofextremeconfusionandthey

    havemade the people doubteverything thatpertainsto theReligion, even ifthatthingis

    authenticallypartofthereligion.

    Yet, everything they authored of the religion fell from grace, as though their works are

    completelylackingcredibility,andlikewisethatwhichtheyheldfirmlytowasnothingbutan

    absurditysolelycharacteristicofthemandthemonlylayingtestamentto thedearthoftheir

    intellectualpower.

    And likewise, they began a campaign geared towards refuting the establishedmatters to

    which the people held fast to, and thus it became inevitable that they would create an

    alternativetothethosetraditionsandrulingstowhichthepeopleheldfast.

    Consequently, they created a spurious legal methodology of their own with all of its

    accompanying pseudo-rulings, and they took to insisting that theirs was a path upon the

    truth.Whileallofthiswastakingplace,theactualpeopleoftruthremainedoblivious,or

    perhapstheyindeedknewwhatwashappening.

    Buttheywereliketheonewhosefingernailshadbeenpulledfromtheirnailbeds,andhis

    two eyes blinded,while thosepartisans came to speakwith venomous tongues about the

    rights of mankind and about the majority of the most knowledgeable scholars. Thosepartisansstartedinflictingthechargeofinnovationagainstanyonewhodisagreedwiththem,

    even if the issue be that of ijtihd in the field of jurisprudence, or any other field of

    knowledgeforthatmatter.Theymayneverdesistinmakingtakfruponsomeofthosewho

    opposethemfornovalidreason.

    Andall of this resulted in atrociousconsequences,and these ignoramusesdidnotpossess

    enoughintellecttoreachthecorrectdoctrine,andtheendresultoftheirdiscoursewasan

    unusualmixture of fabrications and ideological breakdown atwhich even the smallest of

    childrenwouldlaugh.

    Andtheystartedwastingtheirtimeandthe peoplestime inthewayof researchingcertain

    non-basicreligioussubdivisionissues,todisparagethebasicreligiousprinciples,andthey

    didntfailtodelegatetheresponsibilityofthescholarstothecommonman;thescholarswho

    guidethepeopletothecorrectdoctrineandthestraightpath.Thus,thesetime-wasterswere

    contentwithraisingtheseissuesaswehavementionedbeforeandthereafterleftthepeople

    topreoccupythemselvestherein.

    Andduetotheabsenceofa strongfoundationin thedivinesciencesamongstthe common

    people,theyhavebecomecontentwithturningawayfromthetruescholarsofthereligion,

    andwhoeverresortstothis;hehasnoteventheslightestbitofknowledge.Sodonotbother

    informingsuchanindividualofthemanyfacetsinwhichthey(thel-madhhabiya)havefell

    fromgrace;otherwise,suchapersonwillreactandbecompelledtoemploytheirsenseless

    attacks and their clearly contradictory doctrines, and they will resort to labeling their

    dissentersasinnovators.Rather,onecancontenthimselfwithhisownknowledge,andsuch

    knowledgeisnotprotectedfromtheevilsofthe(l-madhhabiya).

    Thisistheconditionofthemajorityofthepeople.

    And ifagroupofrighteousscholarswhoact inaccordancewith theirknowledgeis found,

    then they are essentially rendered incapable of influencing the people, because the

    governmentisthatofthecorruptpseudo-scholars,andthewealthisintheirhands.Asfor

    thescholarsoftruth,theyhavebeenstrippedoftheirweaponseversinceAl-AzharAl-Sharif

    wasstrippedofitsglory.

    Andthesepartisansaffiliatethemselveswith theschoolofImmAmadbinanbal(May

    Allah be Pleased with Him), and they are absolutely the farthest thing away from it.

    However,necessityobligatesthemtothisaffiliation.

    Andnodoubt,whenthethreeothermadhhabswerewidespread,itwasthemadhhabofAb

    anfathatwashonoredbytheOttomanSultanate,andthenationsofthewesthonoredthat

    of Mlik, and those of the Levant, Egypt honored that of Shfi, and the majority of

    Pakistan,India,andthemajorityofthenationswithinthisgeographicperiphery(i.e.,Jordan)

    honorthemadhhabofAbanfa,withsomehonoringthatofShfi.

    Asfortheanbalmadhhab,itwasneverprominentamongsttheMuslims,anddidnotgain

    prominenceuntiltheriseoftheWahhbMadhhabandthisspuriousministryoftheirs.

    AndthesepeopleleanagainsttheanbalMadhhablikeasteelclawinthefaceoftheother

    madhhabs,and inthismanner theyhavebeenstrikingablowtoa very important facetof

    Islam. And the reputation of Amad bin anbal has been portrayed in such a manner

    whereinonlyheisacceptedtothesoleimamofAhlal-Sunnahandthere isnoimamother

    thanhim.Inallactuality,hehasbeenportrayedasthemostsinlessandcompleteimamin

    comparisontothethreeotherimams.Itisasthesefoolsoft-repeat,thelegacyofAmadbin

    anbalhasoutlastedthoseyoufellintothemisguidedpathoferrors.

    Likewise,wehaveseenthereligiousleadershipdepartfromEgyptwhichusedtochampion

    allofthefourschoolsanddidnotmakedistinctionsbetweenthemtoSaudiArabiawhich

    solelychampionstheanbalSchoolwhichtheyclaimtobethe(solitary)schoolofAhlal-

    adth. This is shameless fabrication! Furthermore, Saudi Arabia the nation which

    emboldensthesefoolishyouthhascometosupporttheiractivities,inadditiontoproviding

    them with jobs and abundant wealth. And stank hatred for the remaining schools has

    becomeapparentonthefacesoftheseso-calledanbals.Letusnotforgetthattheother

    schools were those which primarily undertook the task of resolving the matters of the

    Muslimsinthepast.

    Here,theillustrationofthisgranddeceithasbeenprovided,forwecannowseethatSaudi

    Arabiadoesnotruleby IslamanditismerelyanotherregimeamongstthenationalistArab

    regimes,andtheonlythingthatdistinguishesitfromtheothersisitsabundantwealthwith

    whichGodAlmightyhasblesseditinthewayofoil.

    Inlightofthat,itcansafelybesaidthatthelawsofSaudiArabiaarepurelythosethatfavortherulingregime,anditpresentscertainissuestoitspeopleinsuchamannerastoportray

    themastheessenceofIslamwhereastheyarenotonlybranches(fur)ofthereligion,but

    they aremoreso branchesof the branches therein. Yet, the Saudi regimepresents these

    issues asif theyare themainbranchesof the religionwhereinnodifferenceof opinion is

    permitted.

    Andsince theKabah,theProphetsMosque,othersuchholyplacesarepresentinSaudi

    Arabia, inadditiontotheenormousreligiousvalue therein;therulingregimehascometo

    exploitthesemattersandemployedthemasacurtainofdeceitinfrontofthepeopletosuch

    an extent that the expression Saudi Scholars has come to express something which is

    regardedasthesourceofthisreligion.Inaddition,themajorityofthepeoplehavecometo

    theconclusionthatSaudiArabiaisanIslamicState,oratleasttheclosestthingtoit.

    This is only some of themany issues upon issues of deceit towhich the people have fell

    victim.Andwesawthepeoplein anutterstateofshockandsurpriseduringtheGulfWar

    whennoneofthemexpectedthelegalopinions(fatwa)thatwerereleasedatthattime.The

    onlyoneswhosawitcomingwerethosewithtrueknowledge.Therefore,thepeoplewere

    greatly shocked and disenchantedbecause their entire understanding of Islamwas shook

    beforetheirveryeyesduetothosewhosupposedlyrepresentthereligionshakingupthevery

    foundationstherein.
