Compliance WITH TRAINING STANDARDS. ALaRMS™ is fully configurable to (almost) any standard or methodology. Recognising that some clients have their own internal training quality management processes, we built in a large degree of customisation to meet any internal standards that follows the core principals of Systems Approach to Training and ISO 9001. We found that although language and methods may deviate, the underlaying principals tend to be the same, often built on the widely used ISD (Instructional Systems Design) and ADDIE (Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate) Models.

For example, ALaRMS™ reflects the nuances of internal training quality management standards such as those employed by the UK Ministry of Defence. ALaRMS™ offers organisations a regulated, governed and managed path to:
