Kesimpulan
a. Sesar Semangko secara Dinamik dipengaruhi oleh Tiga Aspek basement
struktur, obliq subduction (77 mm/tahun) dan rotasi dari Sundaland.
Bergerak secara Dexstral fault.
b. Sesar Semangko memiliki 16 Segmen (Sieh & Natawidjaja, 2000).
c. Segmen berbeda akibat berbedanya kecepatan pola subduksi oblik pada
sistem Sesar Semangko.
d. Sesar Semangko memiliki penerapan konsep releasing bend dan
restraining bend.
e. Terdapat 13 tipe releasing bend dan 5 tipe restraining bend
f. Potensi pada zona sesar semangko adalah Potensi Panasbumi dan
Cekungan Danau Hidrokarbon
g. Bahaya Geologi secara Regional berupa Gempabumi skala besar dan dapat
mengakibatkan terjadinya erupsi gunungapi di penjajaran Bukit Barisan.
