Today’s program,…

– Today I will present you a litle of my excitement and amazement.

– We’ll make a journey along a number of websites,

– These websites are new

– … and mobilize the knowledge and skills of users, competitors and other people…

– in new and innovative ways.

– We have four websites that we are going to visit on our journey.

– Other then that we do not have a program, but

– … we do have a set of rules:

1. We vote with our feet

2. I will only organize the start

3. We are obliged to listen carefully to the input from others

two central questions

1. Why does it work?

– Why are people and organizations motivated to contribute?

– Does it result in quality and how can we monitor quality?

– How do people collaborate?

– Why does this way of organizing result in so much creativity?

2. How can a company make use of these communities and of the people who are a part of the community?
