centered learning. • Lessons are interactive and engaging to increase

impact on student learning. • Assessments are valid and reliable to class

objectives.• Students are exposed to 21st century learning

technologies to become career and college ready. • Classroom norms are implemented in all five areas

of instructional design (learners, content, method, technologies and environment)
