Windsor House is a collection of 312 luxurious studio and ‘twodio’ apartments designed for the student market.

High-spec living accommodation is complemented by carefully designed social spaces, including a club lounge, games room, residents’ bar, on-site cinema, study rooms and gym.

To complete the exclusive surroundings, Amtico Signature fl ooring was chosen for the project and utilised in all studios and social spaces, with each design achieving a unique aesthetic and purpose.Inspired by a high-end London restaurant, Amtico

Stone products have been laid in a distinctive Parquet pattern throughout the communal areas of Windsor House – merging blacks and whites to guide people into the building and draw the eye towards individual areas. In the studio apartments, lounge, bar and study rooms, Amtico Woods soften the spaces and offer a more calming and relaxed atmosphere. Completing the project, Abstract fl ooring fi lls the corridors to deviate the eye from the long, linear lines.

Amtico Entryway carpet offers hardworking functionality and understated style for busy lobbies and entrances.

Recoarse is made from reinforced nylon and scraper fi bres for the effective removal of dirt and moisture. This product features a textured loop pile which adds a distinctive fi nish to its block patterned design – perfect for making an impression in an entrance area.

Entryway carpet is supplied in individual tiles, providing quick and simple installation. The product’s textured layers complement other Amtico collections, while the contrasting laying pattern helps to defi ne areas.

Utilising an eye-catching Parquet pattern, Composite Calcium and Graphite Slate from the Amtico Signature range provide a distinctive introduction to Windsor House, drawing your eye deep into the building.

In all of the communal areas, Amtico Signature fl ooring was laid in a Parquet pattern, providing a beautiful and original fl ooring throughout Windsor House. Composite Calcium and Graphite Slate provide a distinctive introduction, drawing your eye deep into the building, while Fumed Oak, Script Maple Rum and Brushed Oak highlight and defi ne the lounges and bar areas.

A Stripwood laying pattern was used in all apartments to create warm and comforting environments.
