INSTRUCTIONS
Follow all plant safety procedures, including permits to open sight glasses.
Close top and bottom process valves to vessel.
Carefully see that noprocess pressure exists before removing top and bottom drain and vent plugs.

INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully open bottom drain valve and thenTop vent valve. Purgeprocess material to drain, vent and depressure.
Allow sight glass time to reach ambient temperature before continuation with this procedure.

At ambienttemperature addappropriate cleaning fluid tosight glass and select the correctlength SIGHT BOSSTM
rod with brush.

Close bottom drain valveand pour cleaner fluidin the sight glass.
Insert brush into drain or vent valves.
