It iscalculated using historical data, which may not be a reliable indication forthe future. Category 1 does not mean 'risk free'.The following risks, which are not, or are not fully, reflected in the risk/reward profile are also relevant to the Fund:Credit: An issuer of bonds may be unable to make payments due to theFund (known as a default). The value of bonds may fall as defaultbecomes more likely. Both default and expected default may cause theFund's value to fall. High yield bonds generally offer higher returnsbecause of their higher default risk and investment grade bondsgenerally offer lower returns because of their lower default risk.Liquidity: The Fund's value may fall if bonds become more difficult totrade or value due to market conditions or a lack of supply and demand. This risk increases where the Fund invests in high yield bonds.

Interest Rate Risk: Bond values are affected by changes in interestrates. When interest rates rise, the value of the Fund is likely to fall.Full details of risks are disclosed in the section 'Risk Factors' in theProspectus.

Kames Property Income Feeder (Income) Funda sub-fund of Kames Capital Unit TrustSterling Class B - Income shares (ISIN: GB00BK6MJH97)This fund is managed by Kames Capital plc.

Objectives and investment policyObjective: The investment objective is to provide income with potentialfor capital growth by investing in the Kames Property Income Fund, which invests mainly in commercial property.Policy: To invest close to 100% in the Kames Property Income Fund, aProperty Authorised Investment Fund (PAIF).The objective of the Kames Property Income Fund is to invest mainly incommercial property in the British Isles, which will seek to add valuethrough active asset management. It may also invest in other property-related assets including collectiveinvestment schemes and listed securities, as well as cash, deposits andmoney-market instruments. The investment returns of the Fund and the Kames Property IncomeFund may differ because the Fund may hold cash for operationalreasons.

Other informationYou can buy, sell or exchange the Fund's units on any business day (see'Dealing Day' in the Prospectus Definitions for more information).Income the Fund receives will be paid out every month. As the Fund invests in commercial property, the transaction costsincurred in buying and selling properties will be comparatively higher thanthe costs incurred in buying or selling other asset classes, which mayhave a material impact on the Fund's return. It is expected that the Fund will be held as part of a diversified portfoliowhich may include other assets such as bonds, equities, property andcash.

Risk and reward profileThe value of investments, and the income from them, will fluctuate. Thiswill cause the Fund price to fall, as well as rise, and you may not getback the original amount that you invested. As the Fund is dual-priced, there is a price to buy units and a price to sellthem. The difference between the two prices is referred to as 'thespread'. The spread is likely to be wider for the Fund than for other lessspecialist funds and may vary. We reserve the right to change the pricingbasis of the Fund and any change will mean an increase or decrease inthe price at which you can deal at. Further pricing information can befound on www.kamescapital.com/propertyincome.The following risks are also relevant to the Fund:Liquidity: In difficult market conditions, the investments within the Fundmay become more difficult to sell at the last quoted price, or at a fairvalue. Such situations could result in unpredictable changes in the valueof your holding.Fund charges: The Fund charges its fees against capital, which willincrease the amount of income available for distribution to Shareholders, but may constrain capital growth. The Fund invests mainly in commercial property, which is a less liquidasset than other categories of asset, comparatively it may be moredifficult to sell at times, which may lead to constraints when redeemingunits.

There is no guarantee that investments in property will increase in valueor that rental growth will take place. There is also a risk that tenantswithin the properties could default on their rental payments, which couldaffect the income within the Fund.If significant numbers of investors withdraw their investments from theFund at the same time, the manager may be forced to dispose ofproperty investments. The realised value of these sales may be lessfavourable than the last quoted valuation of the investments. The Fund invests mainly in one type of asset, meaning it is morevulnerable to the market sentiment of that specific type of asset. Thistype of fund can therefore carry a higher risk and can experience largerthan average price fluctuations when compared to a fund with a broaderinvestment universe. The Fund may at times hold larger amounts of cash for liquidity purposesor if new investment opportunities are limited, which may restrict theperformance of the Fund.Property valuations are provided by an independent valuer, rather thantraded on an exchange, and are therefore subjective.Full details and risks are disclosed in the section 'Risk Factors' in theProspectuses.

Legal & General Ethical Trust I Class Distribution ISIN: GB00B0CNH833 This fund is managed by Legal & General (Unit Trust Managers) Limited.

OBJECTIVE AND INVESTMENT POLICY

Objective The objective of this fund is to provide growth by investing in a portfolio of companies whose business meets a range of ethical and environmental guidelines. (You can find details of these guidelines in the fund's Prospectus or in The Legal & General Ethical Trust - Who's in and Who's out document.) Investment policy: The fund will invest almost entirely in company shares. These shares will

be from companies in the FTSE 350 Index whose business meets the ethical and environmental guidelines of the fund. The Index consists of shares of the 350 largest companies listed on the UK stock market.

The amount of shares held from each company will be in proportion to the company's size. However, no one company can make up more than one tenth of the fund's value.

The fund is managed with reference to the FTSE 350. The fund is managed closely to that benchmark after allowing for the removal of companies that do not meet its objective.

The fund may use derivatives (contracts which have a value linked to the price of another asset) to: • reduce risk or cost; or

• generate additional capital or income with no, or an acceptably low, level of risk.

Other information: If you hold distribution units, income from investments held by the fund will

be paid out to you (as a dividend). This will reduce your capital growth accordingly.

You can buy or sell units in this fund on any working day. You need to contact us with your instruction before 12 noon. This is the time we calculate unit prices for this fund. If you contact us after 12 noon, the units will be bought or sold at the next working day's price.

This fund is designed for investors looking to grow their money in an investment which can form part of their existing savings portfolio.

Although investors can take their money out at any time, this fund may not be appropriate for those who plan to withdraw their money within five years.

If you do not understand this document we recommend you seek additional information to help you decide if this fund is right for you.

RISK AND REWARD PROFILE

This risk and reward indicator is based on historical data which may not be a reliable indication of the fund's risk and reward category in the future.

The category is based on the rate at which the value of the fund has moved up and down in the past.

This fund is in category 5 because it invests in company shares which generally provide higher rewards and higher risks than other investments such as bonds, cash or commercial property.

The fund's category is not guaranteed to remain the same and may change over time.

Even a fund in the lowest category is not a risk free investment. The value of your investment and any income you take from it may fall as

well as rise and is not guaranteed. You might get back less than you invest.

The risk and reward indicator may not take account of the following risks of investing in the fund:

The fund could lose money if any institutions providing services such as safekeeping of assets or acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, becomes unwilling or unable to meet its obligations to the fund.

Derivatives are highly sensitive to changes in the value of the asset on which they are based and can increase the size of losses and gains.

The fund may have underlying investments that are valued in currencies that are different from Sterling (British Pounds). Any such investments will be impacted by exchange rate fluctuations and this may affect the value of your investment and any income from it. Currency hedging techniques may have been applied to reduce the impact of exchange rate fluctuations but may not entirely eliminate it.

If you use your right to cancel your investment, you may not get a full refund if the value of your investment falls before we carry out your instruction.

PAST PERFORMANCE

Past performance is not a guide to future performance.

The figures for the fund take into account all charges except any entry charge, and assume income (after any tax) is reinvested. The performance has been calculated in Sterling (British pounds).

Legal & General UK Property Feeder Fund I Class Distribution ISIN: GB00BK35F390 This fund is managed by Legal & General (Unit Trust Managers) Limited.

OBJECTIVE AND INVESTMENT POLICY

Objective The objective of this fund is to provide a combination of income and growth by investing solely in the Legal & General UK Property Fund (the ‘Master Fund’). It may also hold cash where necessary to enable the making of payments to unitholders or creditors. Investment policy: The fund aims to achieve investment returns very similar to those of the

Master Fund. The Master Fund will typically invest at least 80% in a range of UK

commercial properties (but this can be as low as 60% where the fund manager deems it to be in the interests of the fund and its shareholders).

The Master Fund may invest in all types of commercial property. The Master Fund may occasionally invest in residential property and may also develop properties. The Master Fund may also invest from time to time in commercial properties in the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

The Master Fund may use derivatives (contracts which have a value linked to the price of another asset) to: • reduce risk or cost; or • generate additional capital or income with no, or an acceptably low, level of risk.

The Master Fund may also invest in other property-related assets, (including property-related UK shares and UK property-related authorised

investment funds), money market instruments, deposits, money market-related authorised investment funds and government bonds.

Other information: If you hold distribution units in the Legal & General UK Property Feeder

Fund, income from investments held by the fund will be paid out to you (as a dividend). This will reduce your capital growth accordingly.

You can buy or sell units in this fund on any working day. You need to contact us with your instruction before 12 noon. This is the time we calculate unit prices for this fund. If you contact us after 12 noon, the units will be bought or sold at the next working day's price.

The Master fund incurs transaction costs relating to buying and selling properties and other assets which are likely to impact returns from your investment. These costs are paid from the Master Fund's assets and are in addition to the entry or ongoing fund charges shown overleaf.

This fund is designed for investors looking to grow their money in a specialised investment which can form part of their existing savings portfolio.

Although investors can take their money out at any time, this fund may not be appropriate for those who plan to withdraw their money within five years.

If you do not understand this document we recommend you seek additional information to help you decide if this fund is right for you.

RISK AND REWARD PROFILE

The value of your investment and any income you take from it may fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed. You might get back less than you invest.

If you use your right to cancel your investment, you may not get a full refund if the value of your investment falls before we carry out your instruction. The following are additional risks that apply to the Master Fund and can impact the Legal & General UK Property Feeder Fund:

If any of the markets in which you invest falls, the value of your investment in those markets will probably fall as well. In times of market uncertainty it may become less easy for your fund to buy and sell investments. If this happens, the value of your fund may fall and in extreme circumstances this may also force a delay in buying and selling your investment in the fund, which may mean you have to wait for your money to be invested or returned. The fund can only delay paying out if it is in the interests of all investors and with the permission of the fund trustee or depositary.

The fund manager runs a fund to meet its objective and you should expect a fund's investments to change over time. The fund's level of risk may also change in the future, for example because of: - global economic conditions; - investment choices made by the fund manager; or - change in the riskiness of the market(s) invested in.

At times it may be difficult for the Master Fund to make investments or sell assets to meet investors’ requests to buy/sell units. Where this occurs the fund may experience reduced investment performance for a period or have difficulty paying proceeds to investors who wish to sell units.

Property can be difficult to buy or sell. This could mean: - cash builds up waiting to be invested, so the fund will underperform when property returns are greater than the interest earned; and/or - property may have to be sold for less than expected.

If an exceptional amount of withdrawals are requested, the fund manager may be forced to sell properties quickly. This could mean that properties are sold for less than expected which would reduce the value of your investment.

If total requested withdrawals exceed 10% of the value of the Master Fund, the Manager may defer withdrawals until the next working day.

If the size of the Master Fund falls significantly, it may have to invest in fewer properties. This may lead to an increase in risk.

Rental growth is not guaranteed and unpaid rent could affect the performance of your investment.

The value of property is generally a matter of valuer’s opinion rather than fact and the true value of a property may not be recognised until the property is sold. In certain circumstances we may not be able to obtain a valuer's opinion and will apply our own valuation.

The Master Fund will undertake development of properties where the full benefits of any increases in the value of the property or the income earned from it are not received until completion. While any development is taking place, the fund is at risk from delays, increased costs or not achieving the predicted improvement in increasing the value of the property or rent received.

The Master Fund may have a considerable amount of money on deposit with companies such as banks or other financial institutions and invests in money market securities which may be issued by governments, companies, banks and other financial institutions. If any of these experience financial difficulty, they may be unable to pay back some or all of the interest, original investment or other payments that they owe. The value of money market securities may fall due to changes in interest rates, inflation, creditworthiness, wider credit events or extensions to the anticipated term of investments. If any of these events happens, the value of your fund may fall.

The Master Fund could lose money if any institutions providing services such as safekeeping of assets or acting as counterparty to derivatives or other instruments, becomes unwilling or unable to meet its obligations to the fund.

Derivatives are highly sensitive to changes in the value of the asset on which they are based and can increase the size of losses and gains.

This fund's spread reflects the high transaction costs of buying and selling commercial property, and other assets, incurred by the Master Fund. The spread can change at any time and by any amount. As an example, the buying price for units in this fund was 5.17% higher than the selling price at 3 November 2017. Please note that the spread will be incurred on transfers between this fund and the Master Fund, except on certain dates.

For more information about charges and transaction costs, please see the charges and expenses section in the fund's Prospectus, or visit our website at legalandgeneral.com/chargesandfees.

Risk and reward profile

The Risk and Reward Indicator table demonstrates where the Fund ranks in terms of its potential risk and reward. The higher the rank the greater the potential reward but the greater the risk of losing money. It is based on past data, may change over time and may not be a reliable indication of the future risk profile of the Fund. The shaded area in the table below shows the Fund’s ranking on the Risk and Reward Indicator.

Typically lower rewards, Typically higher rewards, lower risk higher risk

1 2 3 4 5 6 7

The Fund is ranked as 5 because it has experienced medium to high rises and falls in value over the past five years.

Please note that even the lowest ranking does not mean a risk-free investment.

The Fund holds equities concentrated in ethical business sectors which can carry a higher risk than funds holding more diversified assets. Equities tend to experience higher volatility than many other asset types such as corporate bonds or money market instruments. The Fund invests globally but has a strong concentration in the United Kingdom. Assets concentrated by geographic location are more vulnerable to market sentiment in that specific location and can carry a higher risk than funds holding more diversified assets.

The indicator may not take fully into account the following risks of investing in this fund:

Liquidity risk: during difficult market conditions some securities in some locations may become more difficult to sell at a desired price.

Operational risk: arising from investments in overseas markets which may not have the same level of safekeeping and other controls as UK markets.

Legal or tax risk: arising from a change in legal regulations, tax rules or the application of them.

A more detailed description of the risks identified as being applicable to the Fund are set out in the ‘Risk Factors’ section of the Prospectus.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7

Lower potential risk/reward Higher potential risk/reward

The risk and reward indicator is not a measure of the expected riseor fall in capital but shows how sharply the Fund’s share price hasgone up and down historically.A fund whose share price has experienced sharp or large increasesor decreases will sit in a higher risk category, whereas a fundwhose share price has experienced small or gradual increases ordecreases will sit in a lower risk category. The Fund is shown in risk category 4 because its simulated unitprice has shown a medium level of volatility historically. As aninvestment, bonds are typically more volatile than money marketinstruments but less volatile than shares. This Fund has a mixtureof all of these investments. The indicator has been calculated using simulated historical dataand may not be a reliable indication of the future risk profile of theFund. The indicator is calculated using a standard methodologythat is used by all companies offering such funds in Europe. The risk/reward indicator is an estimate and not a guarantee.Going forward, the Fund’s actual volatility could be higher orlower, and its rated risk/reward profile could change. The lowestrisk category does not mean the investment is risk free. The risk indicator does not adequately capture the following risks, which are materially relevant to the Fund:Concentration Risk: Funds which invest in a smaller number ofsecurities can carry more risk than funds spread across a largernumber of companies. To the extent that the Fund has exposure toan issuer, geographical area or type of security that is heavilyaffected by an event, either positive or negative, its value may riseor fall.Credit Risk: Issuers of certain fixed income securities couldbecome unable to make income or capital payments on their debt.As such the value of a security will fall in the event of a ratingdowngrade or default of the issuer. In general fixed incomesecurities that pay a higher level of income usually have a lowercredit rating because of the increased risk of default.Interest Rate Risk: Fixed interest securities are particularlyaffected by trends in interest rates and inflation. If interest rates goup, the value of capital may fall, and vice versa. Inflation will alsodecrease the real value of capital.Exchange Rate Risk: Investing in assets denominated in acurrency other than the base currency of the Fund means the valueof the investment can be affected by changes in exchange rates.Liquidity Risk: In difficult market conditions the value of certainfund investments may be less predictable than normal. In somecases this may make such investments harder to sell at the lastquoted market price, or at a price considered to be fair. Suchconditions could result in unpredictable changes in the value ofyour holding. For full details of the Fund’s risks, please see the prospectus whichmay be obtained from (www.rlam.co.uk/Home/Individual-Investor/Fund-Performance--Prices/)

This indicator reflects the volatility of the fund's share price over the last five yearswhich in turn reflects the volatility of the underlying assets in which the fund invests.Historical data may not be a reliable indication for the future.

As the fund does not have a history of five years, a comparable fund or arepresentative benchmark has been used to show how the fund's share price mayhave behaved over the period.

The current rating is not guaranteed and may change if the volatility of the assets inwhich the fund invests changes.

The lowest rating does not mean risk free.

The fund is rated as {4} because of the extent to which the following risk factors apply:

(a) The fund invests in securities which are subject to the risk that the issuer maydefault on interest or capital payments.

(b) The fund price can go up or down daily for a variety of reasons including changesin interest rates, inflation expectations or the perceived credit quality of individualcountries or securities.

(c) The use of derivatives carries the risk of reduced liquidity, substantial loss andincreased volatility in adverse market conditions, such as a failure amongstmarket participants. The use of derivatives may result in the fund being leveraged(where market exposure and thus the potential for loss by the fund exceeds the

amount it has invested) and in these market conditions the effect of leverage willbe to magnify losses. The fund makes routine use of derivatives.

(d) The fund invests in high yielding bonds which carry a greater risk of default thanthose with lower yields.

The fund employs a single swinging pricing methodology to protect against thedilution impact of transaction costs. A change in the pricing basis will result inmovement in the fund's published price.

All investment involves risk. This fund offers no guarantee against loss or that thefund's objective will be attained.

Past performance is not a guide to future returns and future returns are notguaranteed. The price of assets and the income from them may go down as well as upand cannot be guaranteed; an investor may receive back less than their originalinvestment.

Inflation reduces the buying power of your investment and income.

The value of assets held in the fund may rise and fall as a result of exchange ratefluctuations.

The fund could lose money if an entity (counterparty) with which it does businessbecomes unwilling or unable to honour its obligations to the fund.

In extreme market conditions some securities may become hard to value or sell at adesired price. This could affect the fund's ability to meet redemptions in a timelymanner.

The fund could lose money as the result of a failure or delay in operational processesand systems including but not limited to third party providers failing or going intoadministration.
