Each team has a Team Leader that works and lives with the team. Team leaders supervise the basic operations of the team:

our project rounds • Teams return to the NCCC campus in Sacramento between

projects for trainings, share what they learned on their project, and prepare for their next project

2. NCCC Campus will review PCF and notify you if you have been invited to submit a full application

3. Submit Full Application to the campus

4. NCCC Campus will review your application and notify you if your application has been approved and eligible for team assignment

- Sponsors will be notified if they will be receiving a team 4 weeks prior to the scheduled start of the project

- Projects must be within the project round, but can be shorter if needed
