HOW DO I QUALIFY?

What type of properties are eligible? » Multifamily properties containing three or more individual residential units» Multifamily properties with a high number of residents who are

considered income-eligible customers

Qualifying properties may be eligible to receive: » FREE energy-saving products for each unit, such as LEDs, high-efficiency

showerheads, faucet aerators, smart thermostats, pipe wrap, and advanced power strips.

» FREE air sealing and insulation — plus, LED light bulbs for your common areas.

Does your multifamily property qualify? » An income-qualified multifamily facility:

• Has more than 50% of income-qualified residents; or• Is a low-income multifamily housing facility (non-PHA) and listed in

the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Database (LIHTC); or• Is a registered, not-for-profit organization.

Structures must be limited to three stories or fewer to be eligible for air sealing and insulation measures.

Why should I take advantage of this offer?If you own or manage a qualifying property, Ameren Illinois will provide incentives to help you make money-saving upgrades to your property’s individual units and common areas. You may also qualify for direct installation assistance — making it even easier for both you and your tenants to achieve energy savings.
