Fundraising Events & Related Policies
Thank you for your interest in partnering with Amelia's Taqueria for your upcoming fundraising
event. We are willing to support any good cause that is mutually fun and successful for all
parties involved.
The fundraising event must have a minimum of 30 expected and active
participants.
You must provide us a minimum of 2 dates that you would like to have
your event and we will confirm on of the dates.
The fundraising inquiry must have 2 weeks advanced notice of desired
date(s)
The duration of all fundraising events is 3 hours. (e.g. 5-8pm). You can
choose anytime between 11am - 10pm during the week.
The organization will receive 12% of the proceeds of total sales from the
restaurant during the 3 hour segment. Whether you choose peak business
hours or slower hours and choose to fill the restaurant with supporters
from your organization is totally up to you!
Please indicate clearly how you plan to market your fundraiser and please
inform us any marketing materials you plan to use (Facebook, Twitter,
email list, word of mouth and etc)
(1) Week before the event you need to let us know how many guests you
expect to come to our store and confirm all details.
Check will be issued to the organization or department within (72) hours
of completion of event. Please note, no payment will be made out to any
individual.
