REHABILITATIVE SERVICES These are services designed to facilitate the process of recovery from injury, illness, or disease and restore various physical functioning to as normal as possible. Rehabilitation services assist the patient to compensate for deficits that cannot be treated medically. Some of these services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Other types of therapists, such as inhalation, audiologists, and dietitians may also be part of the professional team as needed. SKILLED NURSING HOMES

These are living facilities for seniors with health services provided by a team of health professionals under the supervision and oversight of a Medical Director. The clinical team includes medical doctors, licensed practical, vocational, and skilled and registered nurses, as well as rehabilitative staff, to manage, provide, observe, and evaluate care. Unlike a nursing home, a skilled nursing home must be certified by the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid, which pay for these services. URGENT CARE CENTERS

Urgent Care centers are set up to assist patients with the provision of immediate outpatient medical services for the treatment of acute or chronic illnesses or injuries that are not life-threatening but also cannot wait until the next day or for the primary care physician to see them. Skilled Nursing Homes

These are living facilities for seniors with health services provided by a team of health professionals

under the supervision and oversight of a Medical Director. The clinical team includes medical doctors,
