It’s not always possible for me to get out, but hope to do more in the next 6 months! I plan to join the maintenance team on inspections & see how the apartments and buildings are doing. Inspections will start soon, and notices will be posted on your doors in advance. I appreciate how well some of the apartments are taken care of and decorated. The porches are for your use, but remember they are only 3 season and not for storage. No grills can be used on the porches or motorcycles parked in them. Yes, I have seen that done! I encourage you to make this your home and to be happy here, however, I cannot always accommodate for some requests. We try to do what we can. Get ready to enjoy a wonderful spring and summer. Remember if you have a maintenance request, we need you to call it in! Enjoy your home and please respect your neighbors. Thanks much! Melody Maas~ Property Administrator May 2012

Porches Time to clear all plastic and boards from the porches and store until next winter. Please keep all outdoor decorations in the rock

areas and in good condition OR dispose of them.

Guest Parking Please have your guests park away from the prime tenant parking. We have heard that parking has been an issue. Be considerate of those who live in our complexes especially if you have a larger gathering and on the weekends when most are home. Remember that many residents work evenings. Most locations have street parking or areas not designated for tenants.

… NOT ON THE LAWN.
