Advanced Martial Arts and Fitness this month welcomes Kali Sikaran founder and International Kali Arnis Escrima Federation (IKAEF) Technical Direc-tor Punong Guro Jeff Espinous to Perth. Based in France, Punong Guro Espinous, is a pioneer of FMA across Europe and a certified instructor in many martial disciplines including Pencak Silat Rampai, Modern Arnis, Inayan Eskrima, Viet Vo Dao, Muay Thai, Hap-kido and Savate, among others. His passion is the world-wide promotion of FMA, and while in Perth he will

conduct two Kali Sikaran seminars at AMAF. An open seminar, avail-able to anyone inter-ested in FMA, will be held on Saturday (Sept 14) 1pm to 4pm and Sunday (Sept 15) 10am to 2pm. Cost for the two days is $80, or $60 for one day. A special intensive semi-nar, for Kali Sikaran stu-dents only, will be held on Saturday between 10am and midday. Punong Guro Jeff Espinous (pictured) will conduct Kali Sikaran seminars at the weekend. Open to students from all martial styles with an interest in FMA, this is a great opportunity to broaden your stick and knife skill set. Two sticks, a training knife and sparring equipment is required.
