With this Summer 2014 (17.2) release, Amadeus e-Travel Management (AeTM) gives you more to facilitate

overall trip organisation while increasing your control over spending and this is how:

Policy compliant ticket changes - Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC)

Amadeus Ticket Changer automates the calculations necessary to reissue or revalidate a ticket. This

Amadeus solution stores the results in the correct ticketing format ready for the travel documents issuance. The automated process in AeTM enables the servicing of corporate travellers’ change requests in a matter of seconds. The modification includes change of date/time as well as origin/destination. The reissuance and revalidation of the issued tickets is a fully automated process in AeTM, including repricing (with penalties/residual value). The

fulfilment, as in normal booking flow, is done seamlessly by the travel agent. Travellers and travel arrangers are already able1 to change a ticketed booking online in AeTM. With this enhancement, an additional subset of expanded parameters is now supported:

• NPE – Fares with No Penalties • NAP – Fares with No Advanced Purchase restriction

• RF – Refundable Fares • NR – Fares with No Restriction

Benefits: > Corporations have better control of their corporate travel programme as well as on related travel costs. This is because the same restrictions apply now both to the booking and the modification flows. > Travellers, travel arrangers now have the possibility of easily modifying their flights online, while being sure to receive air fare results compliant with the corporate policy. Accessing their online bookings, checking availability for other itineraries, and consulting penalty fees was already possible since release 17.1.

Facilitate hotel reservation payments with Hotel billback2

Thanks to a billback system, the corporation or travel agency can directly pay the hotel, when it is an Amadeus

hotel, without involving the corporate traveller. For this purpose, Amadeus relies on Conferma, the new standard in payments technology.

With AeTM Billback, a traveller can make bookings all over the world, and have the bookings charged directly to the corporation’s virtual credit card (VCC). This revolutionises the settlement and reconciliation of corporate

payments. How it works?

- At booking time, a VCC is generated by Conferma and included in the booking request to the hotel provider.

- At confirmation time, a fax is sent to the hotel advising which expenses can be charged to the card and providing details about where the invoice should be sent. This ensures that all parties (travel

agent, corporation, corporate traveller, hotel chain and hotel property) have consistent and correct payment information.

Benefits:

> Corporations and travel management companies ensure tighter controls over travel spend while limiting

administrative costs. The need to reimburse travellers is reduced and this in turn eliminates expensive manual consolidation.

As purchase and payment data is merged with accurate spend management information, operational efficiencies are enhanced.

In parallel, the information is exported for an easy match of booking and billing data, facilitating integration

with back office data, ERP and accounting systems. Payments can be linked to a specific booking, which opens the possibility to attach them to projects and cost centres.

> TMCs better satisfy their customers by offering them an extended offer. The automated, paperless solution enhances their operational efficiency and reduces processing costs without any impact to the standard

workflow.

> Travellers no longer need to pay the hotel themselves, nor submit reimbursement requests, with a smoother and hassle-free travel experience.

Special focus on regional enhancements

GoAir content integration in Asia Pacific:

Adding to SpiceJet and IndiGo, Amadeus e-Travel Management gives now access to a third Indian low-cost airline: GoAir. This integration completes AeTM’s content offer for the Indian market, as all carriers, both full content and low cost, are now available directly. This content is available for Amadeus e-Travel Management users with GoAir credentials, including login/passwords and corporate discount codes.

Customers of AeTM in Asia Pacific have been benefiting from a full suite of low cost carriers (Virgin Australia,

Jetstar and many more) through Travelfusion for years now. With GoAir, Amadeus e-Travel Management introduces its fourth directly connected airline, following on from Sounds Air (New Zealand market) Indigo and SpiceJet, already fully integrated since 2012. These act as key differentiators against other online tools in the region.

More hotels in LATAM: Despegar content integration

Following HRS, hotel.de, GTA (Travelcube), AlbaTravel and BedsOnline new sources of hotel content are now available in AeTM allowing shopping for hotels from additional sources in a mixed display. This complements the GDS hotel content available with Amadeus e-Travel Management.

When the corporation already has a contract with the aggregator, mid-and back-office integration is easy.

Benefits: > Corporations access easily and efficiently the most relevant hotel content without the need to refer to the respective aggregator’s websites to find the same level of information.

> Travellers and travel arrangers require less time to finalise their booking. They are able to search, compare and book aggregator content with Amadeus e-Travel Management and to search for hotels in any country. > Travel agent's labour-intensive hotel servicing done across multiple channels is eliminated. Moreover they are now able to track the aggregators’ bookings and service PNRs as any other GDS segment.

Multi-level approvals now available on Mobile3

It is now possible for approvers to process trips that are submitted to multi-level approvals, the same way they would on the web interface. They can:

delivery and payment.
