Configuration and function

Ready-to-connect packaged single-pump or dual-pump stationwith polyethylene collecting tank for buried installation. With one or, for dual-pump units, with two powerful Ama-Porter submersible waste water pumps without explosionprotection. Tank design to DIN 1986-100 and EN 752/EN 476/EN 1671. Complete discharge line with ball valve and ball check valveintegrated in the collecting tank, with connection for flushingoption. Includes a clamped connection made of PE-HD forconnecting a discharge line. Collecting tank made of polyethylene with inserted concretefoot plate, with anti-lift protection, with manhole.

Installation parts and piping with duckfoot bend, ball checkvalve, socket ball valve, flexible hose connection andconnection for flushing option. Clamped discharge lineconnection (Plasson system).Discharge line and valves with additional finish coat (alkydresin basis).

Pumps

One or two Ama-Porter submersible motor pumps with free-flow impeller made of grey cast iron.

Control voltage AC 230 V DOL starting The level is controlled via float switches depending on thewater level.

Function

The CK pump station collects waste water in a plastic tank.When a set water level is reached, the system discharges thewaste water into the sewer system.

We recommend the following alternatives to ensure frost-proof laying of the discharge line with backflow loop outsidethe building:

▪ Buried in slopes

▪ Underneath planted mounds

▪ Inside heatable outdoor control cabinets

▪ In auxiliary buildings, etc.

Please observe the local regulations as well as DIN 1986-100,EN 476 and EN 742 when connecting the tank.In areas with high groundwater level or for clay soils, werecommend to backfill the gap around the plastic tank withlayers of concrete (min. 1 m3).
