Introduction Our meeting today is an overview of the processes involved in the addition of assets into the system.

PeopleSoft AM Asset Additions Manual Additions – Manual addition of assets will be used to acquire donated and manufactured assets and post them into the PeopleSoft system.

Asset Integration – PeopleSoft Asset Management enables integration from Purchasing, Payables and the Projects modules.

Preview AP/PO Information – Allows you to preview the data posted to the Pre-Interface Table from Purchasing and Payables and if necessary, correct information in fields that are available for data entry.

Retrieve Information from AP/PO – This process loads data from AP/PO into the Asset Management Loader tables.

Change/Delete Pending Transaction – This process allows you to update financial information that may be incorrect or delete the entire pending transaction.
