Am I Overpaying Market

Am I Overpaying! is a two-sided market; playing the role of a social network that bridges between ISPs and Internet users in different areas. So, from users viewpoint, Am I Overpaying! is a virtual community through which they can do their market research in more facilitated way

★ Individual subscribers: Proposing value through showing user their price rank to let them aware of being paying more! then offer them better offers to pay less.

★ Internet service providers: we propose the bridging point between ISPs and potential customers

Am I Overpaying Market - ISPs in MENA

★ Am I Overpaying serving ISPs in MENA region by connecting them to potential customers.

★ The fastest growth in subscribers number in MENA region, attracts new companies to enter the ISPs market, mainly as branded resellers to class B ISPs, during 2014 the #ISPs growth by 4% in egypt! Which, in turn, increase the competition in the market.

Page 10: Am i overpaying - business proposal sample

Am I Overpaying Market - Segmentation.

As ISPs are country based, intuitively, our main segmentation is geographically based.

● Egypt’s Internet users are the highest number with 12,568,900 users which is 18.7% of the total Arab Internet users, followed by Morocco and Saudi Arabia.

● In addition, being the only country in MENA with 200+ ISPs number makes egypt the most potential country to start with.

● As our office is located in Palestine, being familiar with palestinian market and major players in advertising, Tech, Telecom and ISPs, it make sense to target this segment too at early edges.

At initial stage, We will target the egyptian internet subscribers while using the palestinian market as a pilot segment. The focus will be on individual subscribers side. The vendors side will be targeted once our #subscribers is at least 3% of the total subscribers this vendor can serve.

focus mainly of getting new customers.

Am I OverPaying

Pay only for results. fixed price per lead the fit the max price vendor or customer afford to pay. No surprise, lose of budget or unexpected high lead price.

High sales conversion rate expected As users already motivated to pay less (aware of the problem is his bills). and they already fit the vendor filter criteria.

Vendor can set a filter to target its own customers Who find that their friends are paying less than them. This give vendor another phase to retain current customers.

Page 13: Am i overpaying - business proposal sample

★ The social component of inviting/challenging friends should be available in the 1st release to help in fast growing plan

★ Build a relationship-oriented business We will focus on long-term relationships with customers, not a short term deals.

Am I Overpaying! pricing strategy for leads is bid based. The vendor/Customer will set the maximum price he is willing to pay per lead that fit a specific criteria.

★ In Initial stages, the price of all leads will be fixed to a low a price.

★ The price will go up when two vendors interesting in the same criteria.

★ No upper limit, The maximum price a vendor willing to pay is the served price.

Page 18: Am i overpaying - business proposal sample

Long-Term Expansion

For the long term, Am I Overpaying! will be expanded to serve more services in addition to ISPs.

★ We will start with other Telecom/Communication services as many ISP vendors also serve as telecom vendors. This will give the vendor a comprehensive image of how much a person is paying for each service so the vendor can offer discount packages for multi services.

★ This expansion will let us re-use the users database we currently have for services to generate leads to other services.
