POSITION: ASST. MANAGER - BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Job Duties

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the sourcing, procurement, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.

Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.

Qualifications and experience

MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Operations / International Business from a reputed institute.

1 -2 Year experience in sales / marketing / business operations / international trade shall be preferred.(Not Mandate)

Professional and personal characteristics

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and multi-task tasks simultaneously

Flexible approach to change priorities in accordance with client and team needs

Commercially minded, able to see opportunities and possibilities

CTC: Rs. 3.60 Lac to Rs. 6.00 Lac per annum.
