Welcome to the Care For Others 6th Annual Fundraiser. We are grateful as always that you have chosen to spend the evening with us. We hope your night is enjoyable as we have tried to provide something for everyone. We are committed to providing hope to working families and individuals who find themselves in need of temporary financial support. The work we do at Care For Others is funded exclusively by the generosity of private citizens and businesses like you. This year has been overwhelming with everyone feeling the impact of a slowing economy and rising prices. Since Care For Others was founded, we’ve helped over 250 families. Tonight’s proceeds will enable us to continue offering assistance to those in need. The Board of Directors thanks you for your continued support. We would especially like to thank Bob Delaney for serving as our guest speaker and giving up his time to advance our cause. Care For Others is a faith based organization that works to prevent hardworking individuals and families from potentially entering the cycle of poverty and welfare due to a temporary crisis such as job loss, unexpected illness, car repair or other unanticipated expenses. Care For Others provides recipients

with financial assistance in the form of Helping Hands Grants of up to $1,000 (depending on eligibility) during a particularly difficult time. These grants are designed to restore financial self sufficiency to those who are willing to work, but are temporarily unable to manage their day to day expenses due to circumstances beyond their control.
