TubesandNosecones

We start with heavy-duty, .090 gauge aluminum, multi-chambered 25" and 27" tubes, and a .100 gauge aluminum, 2-piece

hydrodynamic nosecone. Our splash deflectors are integrated, not welded to the tube, to ensure the strongest structure. We then

use extruded, heavy-duty M-brackets to attach the pontoon to the deck. Our oversized M-bracket results in greater strength and

stability, and our pressure-tested tubes (air-gauge tested throughout the manufacturing process) are guaranteed for a lifetime.

Our exclusive PALS tube vents compensate for temperature fluctuation and prevent the tube from filling with water if punctured.

Crossmembers

Our 16" on-center Z-channel crossmembers are bolted to the M-brackets with stainless steel fasteners. While the industry standard

is 24", Premier uses 16" on-center crossmembers to increase stability by preventing racking and twisting of the frame. We also use

extra Z-channel crossmembers to support the strongest possible all-aluminum transom in the industry.

Decking

We then attach a 7-ply, 3/4" pressure treated marine grade plywood to the frame, using an average of 10 lifetime-warrantied

stainless steel Tekfasteners per crossmember. That’s more than 300 on a 25' boat. Unlike pre-drilled decks that are bolted

(which allows water to leak through the frame) our Tekfasteners are attached with high-speed drills directly into the Z-channels,

generating enough heat to sonic-weld the fastener to the frame. Our decks are sanded, filled and leveled for a smooth surface to

adhere either marine grade carpet or vinyl.

RailsandGates

Our railings are secured to the deck using our patented rail spacers to allow for faster drying of the deck and carpet. We then

add our exclusive Pearl Essence finish. An industrial-strength silicone caulk is applied to each panel to ensure a quiet ride. Two

heavy-duty hinges, with the same strength and design as heavy-duty home door hinges, keeping our pinch-free gates stable

and strong.

Furniture

Our lifetime warrantied rotocast furniture is covered with a stain-resistant NANO Block vinyl. The seat bases are built with a

rotocast that’s lighter and stronger than wood for increased durability. We use an integrated drainage system to allow water to

easily flow off the seats. And all of our furniture—including our captain’s seats, couches and fishing chairs—is guaranteed, 100%

wood-free. While most manufacturers claim to use wood-free furniture, it’s not uncommon to still find wood hidden in their seat

backs, bases, etc.

BiminiTop

This is all topped off with our 1-1/4" extruded Bimini hardware and frame, covered by a durable and water resistant canvas top with

easy-fastening, patented multi-positioning J-Clips™. Our hardware and J-Clips™ are strong, easy-to-operate, unlike snaps.

The PTX™ package—with a flat planing surface and lifting strakes placed on the inside of the two outer tubes—dramatically increases perfor-mance, stability and maneuverability, allowing for a quicker response, tighter turning radius and better fuel economy. This system allows the boat to get up on plane faster, increasing your top speed by about 10% or more. Premier’s extensive research has found that pontoons perform best with strakes only on the inside of the outside tubes. Placing strakes on the outside of the tubes drastically decreases handling and overall boat performance by working against you in a banking turn.

The PTX™ tube improves buoyancy and stability even when the boat is not on plane.30" PTX™ is 10% larger than the elliptical tube (99 cubic feet vs. 91 – or 110%).*

36" PTX™ is 15% larger than the elliptical tube (105 cubic feet vs. 91).*27" round center tube with 23" outboard tubes hasdramatically less flotation, even than the elliptical.

The competition’s triple-tube technology doesn’t offer the buoyancy of the PTX™.
