PUNT 105

PUNT105 is an aluminium prop for slabs, which can be used alone or with frames for scaffoliding tower systems.

DATA SHEET :

• Aluminium alloys with very high yield strength (R=300N/mm2 )

guarantee high capacity load and lightness .

• Interrupted and specular thread obtained by mechanical

removal,guarantees self-cleaning and antiscuffing during the process

of rotation of the nut.

• Mechanical assembly of all the components allows minimal maintenance

costs and facility of change of the damaged pieces.

• Geometry with projecting angles allows easy attachment of the frames

in four orthogonal positions.

• Double safety system avoids the exit of the internal spindle.

• Painting (on request) with termosetting powder to avoid the corrosion

of concrete.

• Certification obtained at the “ Politecnico di Milano” Institute .

EXTENSION P105

• Extension used as link between 2 plates base of 2 props ( with 2 bolts M 12 x 40 in diagonal ) to

extend the height of working of the tower .

• Made with the same aluminium structure as the tower .

• On demand can be painted with thermosetting powder.

EXTENSION P105

• Used to link the plate base of prop (with 2 bolts M12 x 40 in diagonal) it allows to increase the

extension of shoring by 500 mm .

• Made with the same aluminium structural as the tower .

• The prop can be assembled on the base B500105 also upside-down . .

• The positioning of the base B500105 between the prop and the head is forbidden .

• On demand can be painted with thermosetting powder.

• Used for the connection of the aluminium props to build supporting towers .

• Available in different lengths .

• Made with galvanized steel .

• Position of assembly :

- for each connection prop/extension . - at the passage point external tube/internal tube of the props. - consider minimum one frame for each single prop/extension.
