Montage. Assembly. Dans l’emballage, le fusil se présente séparé endeux groupes : d’un côté la boîte de culasse avec lacrosse et le devant (garde-main), de l’autre le canon.Pour le montage procéder de la façon suivante :

1 - Dévisser l’écrou moleté du devant �.Extraire le devant �.

2 - Laisser l’obturateur fermé.

3 - Monter le canon en veillant à ce que l’anneauprenne bien exactement sa place sur le tubemagasin �.

4 - Remonter ensuite le devant en veillant à ce queles deux tenons de centrage du devant s’encastrentbien dans les logements prévus à cet effet sur lacarcasse, puis visser à fond l’écrou moleté dudevant.

The gun is supplied dismantled in two parts : on oneside the receiver-stock unit, on the other side thebarrel. To assemble proceed as follows :

1 - Unscrew the forend cap � and slide off thewooden forend �.

2 - Leave the bolt closed.

3 - Assemble the barrel taking care that the gascylinder is perfectly housed on the magazine tube�.

4 - Slide the forend back on, making sure that thetwo dowels are properly inserted, then screw theforend back on firmly.

Chargement. Loading.1 - Mettre l’arme en position de sûreté.2 - Tirer en arrière la manette pour ouvrirl’obturateur et introduire une cartouche dans lafenêtre de chargement �.3 - Fermer l’obturateur en appuyant sur le boutonplacé sur le côté gauche de l’arme. La cartouchesera automatiquement introduite dans lachambre.4 - Pour le chargement du tube magasin, ilconvient de retourner le fusil puis de libérerl’élévateur en tenant pressé le bouton rond decommande situé sur le flanc de la boîte deculasse opposé à la fenêtre de chargement, enfinintroduire les cartouches en appuyant à fondpour s’assurer qu’el les sont bien entréescomplètement dans le magasin �.

1 - Set the hand safety.2 - Pull back the operating handleto open the breech block and dropa cartridge into the loading port �.

3 - Close the bolt pushing therelease button on the left side of theshotgun. This will automaticallyinsert the cartr idge into thechamber.4 - To fill the magazine, first turnthe gun upside down, then pressthe round button located on theside opposite to the loading port todisengage the carrier ; finally insertthe cartridges into the magazine,pushing them all the way in �.

There is a cut-off button on the rightside of the receiver which whenpushed and kept forward during theopening of the bolt until it hooks,allows to quickly remove or changethe cartridge in the chamber withoutremoving the cartridges from themagazine.The magazine cut-off system willdisengage itself automatically whenthe bolt locks �.

Déchargement. Unloading.

1 - Mettre l’arme en position « sûreté » etretourner le fusil.

2 - Appuyer sur le bouton de commande avecla main gauche et avec l’index droit appuyerà fond sur l’élévateur. Relâcher le bouton decommande et presser sur le levier arrêtoir dumagasin toujours avec l’index droit. Laissersortir les cartouches du tube magasin �.

3 - Enlever la cartouche introduite dans lecanon en armant l’obturateur et refermerl’arme �.

1 - Put the safety « ON » and turn the gun.

2 - Push the carrier latch button with leftmiddle finger and push down on the carrierwith right forefinger. Release the carrier latchand push on the cut-off button still with rightforefinger. Let all the shells slide out from themagazine �.

3 - Remove the cartridge from the chamberopening the bolt and close the gun �.

Sûreté. Safety.

Celle-ci se trouve située sur le pontet . En poussant le bouton de droite àgauche, on aperçoit une bande rouge. A cemoment-là, l’arme est en position de tir. Enpoussant de gauche à droite, l’arme se remeten position de sûreté.

The hand safety button is located onthe trigger guard . By actioning it fromright to left or vice versa the gun is set forfiring or has the safety on. A red stripe on thesafety button shows when the gun is set for.

Démontage. Take down instructions.

1 - Dévisser l’écrou moleté et enlever ledevant.

2 - Extraire le canon de la carcasse .

3 - Remonter le devant et revisser l’écroumoleté �.

1 - Unscrew the forend cap and slide off theforend.

2 - Remove the barrel from the breech .

3 - Slide the forend back in place and screwon the forend cap �.

Mode d'emploi des chokes interchangeablesCertains de nos modèles sont équipés de chokesinterchangeables en acier inoxydable.

Pour en obtenir un bon usage, il est recommandé :

1° – Lors de chaque changement de choke, devisser à fond et de bloquer modérément lemanchon sur le tube correspondant du canon àl'aide de la clé livrée à cet usage.

2° – Lors du démontage, de débloquer à l'aide dela clé le manchon qui peut ensuite être facilementdévissé à la main.

Il est vivement conseillé de procéder régulièrementau nettoyage des chokes et à leur lubrification avecde l'huile fluide spéciale pour les armes afind'éviter que les dépôts dus à la combustion de lapoudre ne rendent leur démontage difficile.

Tant qu'ils ne sont pas utilisés, nous conseillons,pour une meilleure protection, de conserver leschokes supplémentaires dans leur boîte d'originequi porte une étiquette précisant le choke etpermettant de les identifier.

Chaque choke peut aussi être identifié par lenombre de stries faites sur la bouche :

0 strie = extra choke1 strie = plein choke2 stries = 3/4 choke3 stries = 1/2 choke4 stries = 1/4 choke5 stries = cylindrique

Au cas où un manchon aurait subi une quelconquedéformation à la suite d'un choc ou d'une chute, ilne faut plus l'utiliser, sous peine de le détériorercomplètement en même temps que le canon, avantde l'avoir fait contrôler et, si possible, redresser.

LES CHOKES INTERCHANGEABLES SONT CONÇUS POUR LE TIR DE LA GRENAILLE. LE TIR DES BALLESN'EST PAS RECOMMANDÉ SAUF A UTILISER LE MANCHON CYLINDRIQUE ET DES BALLES EN PLOMB.

Direction for use of interchangeable chokes.Some of our models are fitted with interchangeablestainless steel chokes.

For a suitable use, it is recommended :

1° – Each time the choke is changed, to screwhome and moderately lock the choke on therelevant tube of the barrels with the specialspanner.

2° – When dismantling, to unlock the choke withthe special spanner and then it can be easilyinscrewed by hand.

It is advisable to clean and lubricate the chokesfrequently, mainly the thread, with fluid specialfirearm oil, to remove fouling which may hinder thetake down operation.

As long as they are not used, we recommend for abetter protection to keep the additional chokes intheir original box bearing a label showing thegrade and allowing a good identification.

Notches in the rim indicate the choke patterndesignation :

0 notch = extra choke1 notch = full choke2 notches = imp. mod.3 notches = modified4 notches = imp. cyl.5 notches = cylinder

If any choke had suffered any deformation due toan impact or fall, it should not be used beforehaving been inspected and if possible straightened,otherwise it could be fully damaged at the sametime as the barrels.

INTERCHANGEABLE CHOKES ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO USE SHOTS SHELLS. THEREFORE THESHOOT OF SLUGS IS NOT RECOMMENDED SHORT OF USING CYLINDER CHOKE AND LEAD SLUGS.

Recommandations importantes.1° - Grâce à la simplicité de son mécanisme et à la qualité des matériaux utilisés, ce fusil

automatique ne nécessite aucun entretien délicat. Avant le montage du canon, et spécialement lorsquel’arme est demeurée inemployée pendant une période assez longue sans être nettoyée, il faut s’assurerque le piston glisse librement sur le tube magasin et, éventuellement, le nettoyer et l’huiler (ainsi que leressort de fermeture) avec de l’huile fluide. Il sera également nécessaire d’éliminer les résidus de poudreou de plomb qui peuvent encrasser l’anneau de prise de gaz et le piston après le tir de plusieurs milliersde cartouches. Il suffit en général d’essuyer soigneusement les pièces concernées et ensuite de pulvérisrde l’huile fluide sur piston, anneau et tube magasin afin que l’action détergente de l’huile remette l’armeen parfaite condition de fonctionnement.

2° - Le chromage ne supprime pas totalement l’entretien du canon et il est donc conseillé de lenettoyer après chaque utilisation, sans oublier l’anneau. Pour ce nettoyage, il suffit d’utiliser un chiffon deflanelle ou de laine humecté de vaseline ou, de préférence, d'une huile spécialement conçue à cet usage.Il ne faut jamais utiliser des huiles ordinaires qui tendent à se mélanger et à se durcir avec les résidus dela poudre, créant ainsi des inconvénients.

3° - Toutes les pièces de ce fusil sont parfaitement interchangeables et ne nécessitent aucunajustage.

4° - Lorsque vous demandez à votre armurier ou à nous-mêmes un renseignement quelconque àpropos de votre fusil, il faut toujours indiquer le numéro matricule porté sur la boîte de culasse.

Important instructions.1° - Thanks to its simple mechanism and to the quality of the materials used, this automatic

shotgun does not require any delicate maintenance. Before mounting the barrel, and particularly if thegun has not been used for quite a long time without cleaning, it is necessary to make sure that the pistonfreely slides on the magazine tube and, if required, clean and lubricate it (as well as the closing spring)with fluid oil. The only necessary operation, after several thousands shots have been fired, is the removalof powder residues from the piston-barrel ring group. Generally, you just have to carefully wipe the partsconcerned and then spray fluid oil on to piston, ring and magazine tube, so that the detergent action ofoil brings the gun in perfect working order again.

2° - Chromium-plating does not completely suppress the barrel maintenance and so it isadvisable to clean it after each use, without omitting the ring. For this cleaning operation, you just have touse a flanell or wool cleaning patch moistened with vaseline or, preferably, with an oil specially designedfor this purpose Never use ordinary oils which tend to mix and to harden with the powder residues, thusgenerating drawbacks.

3° - All parts of this shotgun are completely interchangeable and do not require any fittingworks.

4° - When enquiring with your gun dealer or with us for any information about your shotgun,always mention the gun number engraved on the receiver.
