Nursing Home & DD Intermediate Care Facilities ◦Emergency Support Functions◦Medicaid Reimbursement

Agency for Health Care Administration

Assisted Living Facility - Provide housing, meals, and one or more personal services for a period exceeding 24 hours, limited 24 hour nursing.

Adult Family Care Home – Similar to assisted living however owner must live in the home.

Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled – Various levels of care for developmentally disabled clients in need of active treatment.

Residential Treatment Facilities – Long term residential care for de-institutionalized state mental hospital clients ages 18 or over. Licensing covers 5 levels of care from nurses on staff 24 hours to independent apartments with weekly staff contact.
